This hotel located in the industrial park, is good for business executives. For tourists like us is not idea, and is rather inconvenience if you do not drive. Hotel is clean; reception and housekeeping staffs are friendly and helpful to us. They help us to make our stay rather good.

地址相對較偏，像農村，不過安靜，適合睡覺。步行十幾分鍾可到一家電影院，有餐廳，XO那家不錯。 雙床房有點窄，大概80cm。 前台小哥很不錯，熱情服務。 早餐簡單，也還好

We stayed in a standard double room during a trip through Europe. The staff is very kind and helpful. Very good service. The prices are ok: €16/person for unlimited breakfast in the morning. The simple beds were very comfortable. There rooms were in oristine condition upon arrival. The bathroom is equipped with soap, body wash, shampoo and hair conditionner. There was a coffee machine with cups and glasses in the room.

It was a last minute decision but certainly not a wrong one. The hotel is located outside Steyr so car (or a taxi) is absolutely necessary, however, there is plenty of room to park the car. The rooms are moderate size but offer everything one needs for a short stay. There is a bar on the groundfloor (going for a drink to Steyr is not a realistic option, too far) where breakfast is served.

This is the most beautiful, modern Best Western I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many BW hotels. It is so clean and the beds are really comfortable. The shower was amazing. The lobby and breakfast were the best!! Breakfast is extra charge but so worth it!!! Free parking which seems to be rare in European hotels. The staff is amazing with the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Hard to find these days. I would like to mention Finny and Lucy..they are both rare gems that this hotel is lucky to employ. They are not only friendly and engaging but go above and beyond to accommodate hotel guests. Top notch customer service by these two ladies was very much appreciated. They made our one night stay perfect!!

The hotel was a great value for money. We could book short notice for a fair price. Room was functional and clean. The location is not exceptional. We didn’t try the restaurant and decided to skip breakfast as it was expensive. We had a room with open bathroom which was fine but big issue was the noise of the ventilation for the steam. Anytime we turned on the light for the bathroom or toilet, it started and made a lot of noise for 20 mins. Otherwise, perfect for a short stop on a long journey.

Top new hotel at very quiet location, very close to city center, between the nature. Very nice modern design, loft style. Very clean. The breakfast was very delicious. At the room there is tee & coffee, fresh water. Highly recommended!

Excellent for business trip, clean rooms, no noise, good warm and welcoming design. Breakfast and restaurant is very good for the times you have to stay indoors, and nice running trails around the area for Some jogging and cardio exercise. If you are from America, a nice stark restaurant is within walking distance. Internet service is excellent (usually a problem in small town hotels in Europe) and downtown Steyr is only 15 min drive

Clean, modern and comfortable hotel. Great staff, very friendly yet absolutely professional in executing their duties. Rooms are quite small and accomodate no more than two persons. For families interconnected rooms can be arranged for. Complimentary Nespresso machine in room, replenished daily. Good breakfast with a variety of hot and continental options. Location is not very central and you will probably need a car if staying there. A bit in the middle of an industrial park with no restaurants or shops within walking distance. If I could mention a negative is the abscence of a vending machine to buy drinks or snacks. On one Saturday after 10pm bar and reception were closed and the only machine we found was at the carwash place next door. Drinks from the bar are very expensive €5.50 for a 750ml bottle of water is a rip off.

Wir waren für eine Stadtbesichtigung und ein Treffen mit Freunden im Hotel. Ein sehr nettes, sauberes und neues Hotel welches jedoch nicht ohne Auto erreicht werden kann. Das Hotel ist zwar von der Stadt Steyr abgelegen, ist aber von der Schnellstraße sehr gut im Industriegebiet angebunden. Beim Hotel gibt es sehr viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und nett eingerichtet, die Dusche durch eine Scheibe optisch getrennt, das WC natürlich in einen eigenen Raum, TV und Safe sind auch vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr bequem und angenehm. Das Personal an der Reception war sehr nett, das beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstücksbuffet war für uns mehr als ausreichend und vielseitig.

Das Hotel ist sauber und sehr schön gelegen für ein durchfahrt. Viele kostenlose Parkplätze. Die thailändische Dame und die Männer am Abend waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Herr im Frühstück war auch sehr aufmerksam. Alles um rum super. Macht weiter so 👍

Wij waren gestrand in dit hotel, onze auto mocht niet verder rijden! Het personeel was enorm lief begrijpend en meedenkend. Ze stonden zo voor ons klaar. Echt fantastisch! Heidi en Thasanee en natuurlijk de rest van alle lieve mensen ThankYou So Much! Als we ooit in de buurt zijn slapen we weer bij jullie! De kamers waren netjes en schoon, alles was aanwezig ook koffie! Bed lag heerlijk stevig! Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en alles werd steeds (warm) aangevuld. Bedankt!!! En wie weet tot ziens! Selma
