Ulasan Arctic SnowHotel & Glass Igloos

Hotelnya relatif bersih, makanannya tidak enak dan harganya sangat mahal. Resepsionis tidak buka 24 jam dan sulit mendapatkan air minum di malam hari. Layanan mobil khusus hotel ke dan dari pusat kota dan bandara sangat mahal. Rasio harga/kinerja cukup rendah.

Hotelnya bagus. Rumah kacanya akan lebih hangat. Musim ini paling layak untuk dialami.

Very beautiful glass igloos, very clean, enough hot water, very great experience even can’t see the northern light.

The Glass Igloo is small and not much space to open the luggage, however they have a very nice hot water shower which has around max. 25mins which you will be able to relax from whole day travel ☺️ . The location is not near airport, takes almost 40mins. shuttle bus from Santa Clause village to hotel. Though this location is really good for the chance of seeing Northern Lights ! We did ! Unluckily their ice bar and ice restaurant both under renovation and we don’t have chance to experience. That’s the downside of it.

Tidak bisa cukup merekomendasikan tempat ini. Kami tinggal di salah satu iglo, dengan pemandangan luar biasa melalui langit-langit kaca cahaya utara (terlihat berkat alarm Aurora di kamar!). Ruangan itu sangat hangat, yang pasti diperlukan, dan bersih pada saat kedatangan. Tempat tidurnya nyaman, tapi sayang sekali tempat tidur kembarnya disatukan, meskipun memiliki kemampuan untuk mengangkat punggung dan kaki adalah sentuhan yang bagus. Tidak banyak penyimpanan di dalam ruangan tetapi detail kecil. Stafnya sangat ramah, mengakomodasi semua yang kami tanyakan, penuh dengan rekomendasi dan bersemangat untuk membantu. Sarapannya juga enak dan berlimpah setiap pagi. Restoran Kota enak dan patut dicoba, tetapi kami memiliki makanan yang lebih baik di tempat lain, di dalam dan sekitar Rovaniemi. Semua kegiatan yang kami lakukan sangat menyenangkan dan kami menikmati setiap momennya. Sangat merekomendasikan pengalaman Bearhill Husky, kunjungan ke peternakan rusa kutub, dan sauna tradisional Finlandia. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa dan ingin kembali lagi!

The mos exquisite experience of my life. Very expensive, but worth it every penny. Loved the igloos, dinner at the ice restaurant and the staff are very friendly.

The glass igloos are absolutely amazing and so cosy and warm. So nice to come in to after being out in the cold all day! The SnowHotel is so fun to look around, it’s really cool how you get to see all of the themed rooms before guests show up for the night. The restaurants were lovely, we had dinner at the SnowHotel which was an amazing experience and the breakfast buffet the next morning was delicious and varied. There is also a public sauna which I thought was great as it was free. The Aurora Alarm is an added bonus in each room - it’s good to know you won’t miss it because you’re asleep. I would definitely recommend this property - it was romantic and a once in a lifetime experience set in an absolutely stunning backdrop of Finnish forest.

An absolutely amazing experience. Never thought I'd sleep in a room with temperatures inside of -5 and outside -25 but you do. A once in a lifetime experience, fantastic!!

What an experience, staying in an ice hotel! Couldn't recommend it more. Thank you for everything! I hope I return one day!

Unfortunately for us, we got to property very late because we got stuck in snow and had to get tows out. We arrived at 9 and made it just in time for dinner. We were so tired that we did not get to enjoy the facility and we had to get up early for anther activity. It was such a beautiful place. Of course we would have liked to see the Aurora but that’s a chance you take.

Very friendly and humorous staff. Good experience. Managed to sight the northern light from my room on our own though the alarm didn't go off.
