Traditional room in annex building with separate toilet, shower and bathtube. Some hooks for towels and coats could be useful. Terrace in front of the room. Cleaning could be improved, e.g. fresh towels. Nice pool and welness area although a bit small for the whole hotel. Free parking. Huge breakfast on the beautiful terrace.

This stylish old castle allies comfort and delicate luxury. Each room looks like an exotic time travel. Most of all: the staff is genuinely welcoming. Not only are they proactive , they can also prove very reactive to last minute request. I celebrated my daughter's 18-years birthday with the family and she has been delighted from start to finish.

Very nice hotel in a castle with a great breakfast (that is expensive and not included) and a Spa. The Spa is small but would be very nice, it just should be cleaned more often (especially windows and mirrors). The price for staying is absolutely fair but you have to consider that there is no breakfast or dinner included, which makes it cheaper.

Great place, 30 minute walk from train station and 15 minutes from the Village. Spa is very good, with indoor pool, jacuzzi and Sauna. Lovely views from there, and excellent breakfast (totally worth the €25) The restaurant is also very good, although if you look for cheaper prices you can walk to the village. Totally recommend this for a weekend!!

Hôtel de luxe, au style ancien, très bien situé à Rouffach. Chambre très spacieuse et très propre. Le service hôtelier est irréprochable. Félicitations à toute l'équipe. A l'heure actuelle ça devient rare, et c'est extrêmement appréciable. Pourvu que ça dure.

Certes les sanitaires datent vraiment mais les carrelages de salle de bains sont superbes! Et puis dans cette « maison de famille » au charme incomparable, aux salons si agréables , l’accueil est sympathique et toute l’équipe de service exceptionnelle : le barman aux petits soins et ses cocktails délicieux, Olivier, le maître d’hôtel qui mérite un compliment particulier pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son attention aux clients.Bravo aussi aux « jumelles » qui le secondent pour leur professionnalisme efficace,discret et sourianr. Enfin bravo aussi pour le petit déjeuner remarquable et si bien servi et la cuisine si raffinée

Quelques détails ne collent pas avec le standard d’un 4 étoiles. Nous avions une chambre deluxe (14) située dans le château. Certes la chambre est magnifique tout comme la vue mais la salle de bain est un peu vieillotte et les WC sentent l’urine. D’autres détails dans la chambre font « taches » dans un 4* comme une rallonge qui traîne sous l’armoire, des raccordements électriques peu esthétiques, etc. Par contre un très bon point pour la literie et un très mauvais pour l’insonorisation si vous avez la malchance d’avoir une famille au dessus!!! Nous avions misé notre we sur la possibilité d’utiliser la piscine intérieure mais grosse déconvenue, elle n’est accessible que par escalier en colimaçon et donc impossible aux PMR… et ce n’est pas précisé dans le descriptif de l’hôtel malgré ma demande d’accès facilité à la chambre par une PMR. Enfin très bon point pour le petit déjeuner, copieux, diversifié et avec des produits d’excellentes qualités, le tout servis par une équipe souriante et aux petits soins. Nous avons entendu dire qu’une rénovation est prévue… il est grand temps !
