Good stay. Spacious apartment with spa bath and standing shower. Good bedding, unit comes with heater and air conditioning. However cleanest could be improved.

The toilet is pretty run down and not particularly clean and the sofa bed is not easily assembled. The receptionist was pretty helpful. The price quite low so that was good.

The room was generously sized and include a small kitchen, which was a nice for preparing simple meals. The bed wasn’t too comfortable for us. The shower was great. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to local attractions and amenities.

Upgraded from Queen to spa studio but didn't use the spa. Mini kitchenette in spa studio but no stove. Only defect is rusty moldy buttons on WC. In the bedroom apartment, able to cook on stove but dining table only has space for 3 pax , although chairs available for 5 pax. Living room has sofa, TV with netflix. Car park below ground is tight for bigger cats and should have numbering system

We were pleasantly surprised by the space and cleanliness of our apartment. The furnishing seems new and make for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the various tv channels for free on their comfortable sofa. First day the toilet was clogged but when we reported to the reception it was quickly resolved. Overall a good value stay and it’s one of the better motel we have stayed in.

Nice place. Love the spa facility in the bathroom . Spacious and easy access to the town and place of interest. Enjoyed the trip with my family

Great stay! Clean and well equipped room. Approx 20 mins walk to the city centre.

The motel is conveniently located on the main road in and out of Rotorua. The facilities are clean and basic, very good value for money!

Perfect motel with all the amenities, comfortable and clean!

Good stay. The motel is basic but clean and enough for a family to spend couple of nights while exploring Rotorua in the day. For the price it's pretty good.
