Ulasan Ardos Park Hotel

Unfortunately the worst accommodation I ever came accross. The first room was extremely messy, filthy and looked like a construction site, there has been no cleaning, hairs and stains all over the place. I switched my room but the 2nd one was only offered a little better conditions, still hairs and stains of prior guests on the floor and in the sink. Though I booked 7 nights in advance, I only stayed one night as I felt extremely uncomfortable. All furniture was extremely used, bathroom got just painted and the red old tiles shined through. Cheap amenities were already used. Only the towels were clean. The staff were kind but they also did not try to do sth against the bad conditions in the hotel. Don’t get fooled by the average until good recommendations, the place is never a 4 star hotel. Barley better than a hostel. I checked out after one night wrapped up in towels not to touch the bed and stained linens. The staff did not care about my complaint and did not compensate any costs, so I wasted 350€. I tried to issue a complaint via Trip.com which got rejected by the hotel. I think Trip.com should provide better customer service in case hotels are just fooling their clients as the pictured rooms are not comparable with reality. Very dissatisfied.

Had a problem with our shower and they upgraded our room. Nice front staff. 10 minute walk from Kizilai/Metro but going up a very big hill

It's good and the subject is also nice. I think it's quite good. The location is good, the cleanliness is good, the staff is good, the rooms are nice and the view is nice.

The hotel was very clean. I booked the room with breakfast included, and there was a wide variety of options compared to other hotels, and it was very delicious. I'd love to stay here again when I come to Ankara. Thank you!

Never been to such a filthy place. The rooms weren’t even cleaned properly and looked like a construction site. Stains and hairs of previous guests on the linen, floor and in the bathroom. Horrible customer service. I booked 7 nights and only stayed one due to the unbearable conditions. The hotel published pictures and descriptions of the rooms that are far away from reality. The hotel is rather a hostel than a 4 star accommodation. The only clean items were the towels and I stayed there for one night wrapped up in the towels not to touch the dirty linen and checked out immediately the day after. The hotel did not care about my complaints and refused any refund. The positive feedbacks given so far seem to be faked. I can just advise everyone to avoid that place by all means.

A facility located in the center of Ankara with access to everywhere, a newly opened, clean hotel, friendly staff and reception, open buffet breakfast, affordable prices. Everything in the rooms is new, TV channels are up to date, I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is newly opened, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, the staff is friendly, it is very close to the Kızılay center and in a quiet location. Cleanliness is good, breakfast comes personally, I ate mixed breakfast and menemen, it was nice. A hotel I can recommend.
