酒店服務只有CHECKIN及CHECKOUT最好, 得個快字. 設施無, 食物差到無論. 我的體驗真感這次度假有如受難一樣.
早餐提供, 要到附近餐廳才能食用. 選擇只有兩款 : 義式及國際式, 每款有小咖啡一杯, 橙汁一杯, 清水一瓶, 橙一小個, (義式提供一只牛角飽), (國際式提供兩片硬麵包, 果醬及牛油).
房間設施沒有暖氣提供, 爐是壞的. 無飲用水供應, 無熱水爐. 對外電話沒有, 傢俱殘舊, 電制頭殘舊, 燈光不足, 房間清潔差得很, 我住了三晚床單都沒有換, 枕頭有陣嗅味, 緊記要自行帶睡袋, 被子很單薄的. 房間沖滿著廁所渠味. 周週末及假日沒職員上班的, 求幫無門.

This was the most terrible place I have been in my whole life!!! Termini is a place where you never go if you love yourself. It’s not a safe place and we didn’t know that but after we arrived we did a research and every site says termini is the most dangerous arrea in Rome. There are too much immigrated people hanging around. We changed our hotel after our first horrible night and did not even tell the hotel that we are leaving.

This is a nice place I enjoyed my trip here, the location is very convenient it’s only a few steps away from Termini train station. It’s very close to the coliseum, we walked less than 30 minutes to get there, there are also are many stores and restaurants close to the hotel.

Very close to the train station however I would not recommend booking a room here. The bathroom had a strong smell of sewage. When we woke up in the morning there was a large puddle of water in the room and bathroom. Ended up checking out early.

The room is organized and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The problem is that you can hear everything in the next room and on the street. The street is NOT safe. The location is good because it is close to Roma Termini, but it is not a safe place.

I would like to start off this has nothing to do with the staff or cleaners on site. They just work there.
The property is horrible. The beds are uncomfortable. It smells like mould. Showers are small despite the room they are in are big. Hot water runs out and have to wait for 2 hours for another person to shower.
