Piumith Guest House

Great location, great staff, difficult to find, no breakfast and no hot water in the morning in one of our two rooms. That said we would stay there again. Rooms and bathrooms were adequate, beds were GREAT and the location fantastic. The room on the first floor was noisy early in the morning since it was next to the main front door. The room on floor three was quiet. The airconditioning was not available because of city rules and the room was hot. Housekeeping is only every three days.

Arrived and went into a room on the ground floor. Sat on bed and saw a drain moth on the wall. Airbnb did not help as they say it’s only one. That’s like saying it’s only one cockroach. Avoid Airbnb and this sewer accommodation unless you want to get very ill.

The guesthouse is perfect for a short-term stay in Rome. The room was clean and offered everything we needed. Especially the fridge,the hairdryer and the kettle with tea and coffee were really useful. The receptionist was very kind, and gave us a map explained the surroundings, and gave us tips for aperitivo and restaurants. Great value for money. La pensione è perfetta per un breve soggiorno a Roma. La camera era pulita e offriva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Soprattutto il frigorifero, l'asciugacapelli e il bollitore con tè e caffè sono stati molto utili. L'addetto alla reception è stato molto gentile e ci ha fornito una mappa che spiegava i dintorni e ci ha dato consigli per aperitivi e ristoranti. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

È una struttura semplice ma pulita e arredata in modo carino e moderno, veramente a due passi dalla stazione di Roma Termini. Perfetta per una sosta veloce a Roma. caratterizzata da un gestore molto gentile e disponibile. Davvero consigliata. It's a really nice hotel closed by the termini station. Clean with nice rooms. Stefano es el encargado de allí, la estancia nos la hizo muy amena, nos solucionó y asesoró en cuanto a las dudas que tuvimos allí. En definitiva estuvimos muy cómodamente. Ubicación a 1 minuto de Termini y a 10 minutos dando un paseo del Coliseum. Zona tranquila y habitaciones sin ruidos.

Orrendo . Definirlo una topaia e un complimento le bustine di caffè in camera sono scadute , la pulizia non sta nel loro vocabolario una volta arrivati secondo il gestore la camera che lo avevo prenotato online era piccola e ha preteso altri 52€ di differenza per in altra camera senza ovviamente una ricevuta fiscale . Le Parette pieni di muffa e negli mobili giaceva polvere immagino dal prima del COVID . Onestamente devo pure andare a fare le analisi al mio piccolo bebe sperando che non ha preso qualche malattia. Io non dico di non alloggiare li ma si che potete andare che forse qualcuno fa le così dette e fa na bella denuncia perché è una stalla per gli animali . Vergogna!!!!!!
