Ulasan Nihal Hotel

My stay at Nihal hotel was unfortunately extremely below par this time. The housekeeping of this hotel was bad. We did not get soap for our hotel for the entire time we were booked there, they always said check the dispenser but it was empty. There was a rancid smell in the room and they had an issue with replenishing towels. We had to ask for the towels to be replenished quite a few times during our stay there. The breakfast was good at times and uneatable at times. I rarely give bad reviews but this has been the most sub par stay at a 3 star hotel I have experienced. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience. In the bathroom don't have anything like shower gel. Shampoo. The towel is so bad like a 1 year old. The room has an oil paint smile . Manager attitude is so Rough

The behavior of the staff and the cleanliness of the room are all excellent

First of all i saw it's 3 star hotel so I booked it but when i entered in my room i was shocked, very old room and furniture, dirty bathroom toilet seat was yellow from inside and the bathtub was leaking and there was no separate shower place, no power outlets near the bed only 1 power outlet near the sofa, so i will not recommend this hotel to anyone and my suggestion to Trip.com change it from 3 star to 1 star

Room upgrade wasn’t any better than what we had booked, extra bed for child was solid tissues left behind the sofa. Bathroom shower flooded every time, not very clean, toilet seat hanging off, Very noisy on a night. Light in wardrobe wouldn’t turn off plug sockets rather dodgy and sparking, menus for room service all sticky and stuck together.

Very bad smelly room , ac was not working because of that I cannot sleep whole night in fact I called twice the maintenance team but even they tried they can’t fix the ac,

Nice place . Receptionist let me check in early than expected . Super . However when I invited friend to stay with me , she was rejected to entry even though she had copy of her passport . The rest was excellent . Great service ! Thank you and bless u .

Nice hotel ,rooms are little old furniture. Place is good near by metro . Hotel has club in same so sometime loud music may be heard
