Staff was so kind and helpfull. I didn’t expect this quality of stay before coming there

The service at this hotel was quite mediocre, we did not feel very welcome, the check in was very fast but also quite hasty, the services of the structure were not explained to us, in the morning at 9 they knocked on our door probably because of the cleaning when check out was at 10.30, luckily we were awake, the room overall was clean but I would recommend a renewal of the sliding doors of the shower as they are very precarious, as well as greater care for the bathroom furnishings and the mobility of the door, which did not close easily, on the other hand the code door locking system is very convenient as it does not require keys. We did not take advantage of the breakfast.

The hotel is very quiet, very clean, polite staff, but you need to be prepared if you want to stay in this hotel, because to get to the center of Rome you have to take a bus and a metro, but otherwise everything was fine.

Correspondence is the worst. I will never book at this hotel for the rest of my life. I do not recommend staying here because it is far from Rome and the security is not good.

Very cold hotel, simple rooms with really poor bathroom (without heating and with wobbly shower cubicle). Little attention to customers: one morning at 8 they started drilling in the adjacent room and continued for a couple of hours.

Very welcoming

The structure was very nice, the room and the bathroom were clean and there was a shampoo and body holder available both near the sink and in the shower. The guys were all kind and helpful and provided us with useful information regarding the means . The breakfast was good, the jam tart was very good, we only had breakfast in the hotel for two mornings and we were satisfied. The hotel was quiet and not noisy at all. The only sore point was the distance from the metro, but in any case it was an area very well connected by public transport. The circular passed every 15 minutes from the provincial road but to get to the stop there was a bridge so nothing dangerous and in any case easy. We had a great time in those five days stay.

The location is good to be close to McDonald's, but it's quite far from the train station to go to other tourist attractions.
