Saya memilih hotel ini karena memiliki kolam renang di puncak gedung. Kami memesan Kamar Premium Double dengan Pemandangan Kota. Saya memilih kamar ini karena di foto-fotonya, terlihat sebuah bak mandi sudut yang besar. Saya merasa kecewa ketika kami check in dan diberi tahu bahwa kolam renang ditutup. Saya merasa frustrasi dan tertipu ketika kamar kami tidak memiliki bak mandi sama sekali. Ada 6 gambar untuk ruangan khusus ini dan tiga di antaranya DAN dalam deskripsi tertulis memiliki bak mandi. Karyawan yang berurusan dengan suami saya awalnya tidak terlalu membantu tetapi akhirnya mengubah kamar kami menjadi lebih murah dan lebih kecil dengan bak mandi. Mereka tidak menawarkan kompensasi apapun untuk perbedaan harga. Kamarnya sedikit berjamur dan memicu asma saya jadi saya batuk sepanjang malam. Sarapan sangat baik dan hotel ini terletak dekat Pasar Ben Thanh.

Very nice hotel with walking distance to many attractions. Room is big and clean. We enjoy the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. Nice food serves with the friendly and attentive staffs. The manager, Mr Lucas is a nice gentleman who leads the team that always professionally greet us with the warm smiles. Also, the receptionist, Ms Linh is helpful and kind to provide all the information we needed. Lastly, we would like to thank to Mr Leo and Ken for their excellent services during our stay. Rooftop bar with the swimming pool is quiet and provides a good view of the city. Highly recommend.

It was nice the first two nights Then the third night the AC stopped working and woke up 4am in the morning in sweats and then they switched my room. Also the floor in the bedroom was so dirty. The massage at the spa was terrible … barely felt anything and it was just a lot of banging on my skin and back. Don’t do the massage there … also the jacuzzi you get with the massage was not warmed up:.. like you prepared the sauna but why not the jacuzzi. The sauna was nice and the coffee at breakfast was average. The views on the restaurant floor was cool. Service by waiting staff at breakfast was very good. The food at breakfast was ok… but honestly ask for the pho and eggs fresh… the prepared food buffet was subpar

That is ridiculous to ask me pay the stuff which they are lost! It is unfair and rude. Doesn’t make any sense

Beautiful modern hotel, very deserving of all stars, spotless service. Doormen are also always very welcoming and bring good vibe!

Location was good. Steps at the entrance were a bit steep. Welcome drink when we arrived. Room is a bit stuffy. there is NO CITY VIEW from the window. Sheets were stained. Swimming pool is small and closes early (7pm) Breakfast was fantastic with vegan options.

Great hotel in the center of district 1. Staff is very service minded and the room was very clean. Only small minus is the location is right on a big road with lots of traffic, besides everything is very good

The pool was small but very nice. Food was good, check in and check out was very easy. The rooms looked and felt a bit old. Overall good stay.

It was about a 10-15 min walk to ban nghe market, if you need further directions you could just ask. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Brought up any food delivery. The room and bathroom was quite clean.

This time 30/12/23 I am given a lower level Of 2nd level Even though I booked the same type of room as the 24/12/23 And also cost more Toilet is smaller than the previous one The Shower pipe is somehow torn But overall is still ok
