Ulasan Paradise Saigon Boutique Hotel & Spa

Saya memilih hotel ini karena memiliki kolam renang di puncak gedung. Kami memesan Kamar Premium Double dengan Pemandangan Kota. Saya memilih kamar ini karena di foto-fotonya, terlihat sebuah bak mandi sudut yang besar. Saya merasa kecewa ketika kami check in dan diberi tahu bahwa kolam renang ditutup. Saya merasa frustrasi dan tertipu ketika kamar kami tidak memiliki bak mandi sama sekali. Ada 6 gambar untuk ruangan khusus ini dan tiga di antaranya DAN dalam deskripsi tertulis memiliki bak mandi. Karyawan yang berurusan dengan suami saya awalnya tidak terlalu membantu tetapi akhirnya mengubah kamar kami menjadi lebih murah dan lebih kecil dengan bak mandi. Mereka tidak menawarkan kompensasi apapun untuk perbedaan harga. Kamarnya sedikit berjamur dan memicu asma saya jadi saya batuk sepanjang malam. Sarapan sangat baik dan hotel ini terletak dekat Pasar Ben Thanh.

The hotel give me a big room, view ocean. Breakfast was good with bread, Asian food, eggs, juice and coffee. I love the pool. Location is near night market, restaurant, massages store.

Great location, fantastic breakfast, comfy and clean room. Helpful and efficient staff, my friend had a nosebleed and had to change her pillowcase, the staff were with us in moments. I saw some reviews say that the staff at the front desk were rude, but they were actually pretty helpful and considerate. They will ask for a cash deposit but are flexible to accept a different currency. Just make sure you have cash. The hotel is rather in need of refurbishment, as some of the amenities were pretty old in the room, things like peeling wallpaper and some repair work needed at the pool. That said, the rooms were clean and comfy, and the bathroom was great with a decent shower and hairdryer. They could improve their soundproofing as our rooms were directly below the kitchen, and we were slightly disturbed by the noise. There was a venue next door that played very loud music all through Saturday night, but that was their issue, not the issue of Paradise Saigon. I hope the hotel team have complained to them. Overall a comfy stay, I had some apprehension due to the mixed reviews, but I was not disappointed. I said it before, but the breakfast was SO GOOD, a really good variety of fruits, Western and Asian foods, light and hearty dishes. We were also walking distance from all the big sights and the new MRT.

While the hotel has a standard appearance, it gives off an aged atmosphere and an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the communication from the reception could be significantly improved. Addressing these issues would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Rooftop pool is average and bar was little bit expensive compared to others.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service. The rooms were modern, clean, and well-equipped. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

All the staff were super efficient and helpful. Close to all the places to visit - easy walking. Great to relax in rooftop pool in late afternoon. Breakfast was basic but all the waiters replenished food quickly. Enjoyed our stay.

A very nice 4 star hotel which is well accessible to Ben thah Market, Saigon Square, pubs etc. The hotel room is spacious and clean with windows. it has nice small pool with good view on top. The hotel also provide free morning buffet breakfast. If not for the low level floor room, I would have give full marks during my stay. Highly recommended stay for first timer to HCM.

Location is good with plenty of restaurants, cafe, bar well within walking distance. The room is decent size with comfortable beds. Toilet is a little squeezy but acceptable. Good central aircon and nice hot water. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect location right in the center of District 1 (convenient for business travelers). Delicious breakfast. Friendly service staff. Rooms are a bit outdated and the pool is small.

Great value if you are expecting a clean and amazingly located hotel. Daily breakfast on Lvl 11. Simple and caters for Eastern and Western palates. Close to Ben Thanh market (5min walk) Chill Skybar 5min walk

I like this hotel since even though it is not luxurious but it has everything I need: ok size room, quiet A/c, good bathroom, comfortable beds, very good location (walking distance to Ben Thành market & convenience stores & many eateries; also at the city center of District 1 ), good bed & beddings.
