Ulasan Crystal Orange Beijing Qianmen Hotel

Hotel is located along a quiet street in between two subway stations, which is a 10mins walk. There's no washing machine on-site, but the staff offered to help to wash using their staff washing machine. Breakfast variety is repeated 90%. There are several shops/ market stalls 2-3mins walk away, but not much F&B or shopping activities. Qianmen itself is far away. Hotel staff is polite and helpful, room is spacious, clean and expected of this chain

Awesome travelling experience; staffs are nice and courteous. I feel like an honored guest here! Very roomy and overall a great buy. A+++ for the hot shower and heater!

The service was exceptional. Water was freely available and any request was attended too promptly. They even did our laundry complimentary in their machines and hung it up to dry for us in our hotel room. Location is in the Hutong streets of Beijing giving an authentic feel when wandering the local streets. The light switches in the room is a bit confusing though. Check in process could be sped up by taking a picture of the passports and saving on file rather than photocopying. The room was spacious and clean

The location of this hotel is perfect for visiting the significant Beijing attractions with many transport options. Being in the Hutong also provides an experience of the old Beijing and many great food options. The staff and service are excellent and provide friendly advice and assistance when required. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel is located inside the Hutong and the room is outdated. 5-10 mins taxi ride to Qianmen shopping and food district is located. 15 mins walk to the nearest zhushikuo interchange station on line 7 and 8. Hotel staff will help us to book taxi as we did not have China SIM card.

So far so good. Location not bad. Nearby lot of food to eat. Will stay next time

It was strategic places, but gor looking for food even for midnight still have some restaurant still open. The gotel is very clean and the people very warm and helpfull

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were polite and prompt to provide service. For example, we found a cricket in our room and the staff swiftly came to collect it.

The hotel was great, it clean , tidy , clean scent. They're provide bottle of water and coke everyday. The staff can't speak English but they keen to service mind so its not a problem. The location was a little bit far from MRT so I'm not recommend for heavy luggage. Take the taxi / cab is better. From the hotel have to walk to MRT station about 15-20 mins but surrounding around there was nice. It is a local life , any food is local price. I and family enjoy with the way when walk to MRT station. We can walk to Qianmen street that distant about 1.1 km. The breakfast is good.

The hotel is near Zhushikou submay station (10 minutes by walk) and it's not so far from Beijing South Railway Station (20 minutes by subway) We choose Deluxe Room, it was very clean and confortable. Every day the hotel give us free water and other beverage (es. coke) Staff was very kindly and help us in spite of they don't speak English at all. Recommended!

Great hotel, clean, and the staff is super helpful. Just a little annoying that there’s no option to eat dinner in the restaurant. It would be useful if one of the front desk staff could speak in English.

Nice boutique hotel with nice staff. Amenities on point and we got more than we ordered. The staff was nice with providing directions and helping us out - and also English speaking which made it easier for us to communicate instead of using rusty Chinese. Very good hotel for a couples get-away.
