RUN AWAY NOW THAT YOU CAN. The only nice thing was that we made a new friend… A F****** BEETLE!!! This place has to close, it’s illegal, dangerous, dirty, the shower doesn’t work, no heating, bed humid, landlord rude!!!!!!! This sh*thole wouldn’t be suitable not even for that poor beetle that was running on the bed! Never again!!!

Wouldn’t even give this place a one if I’m being honest, the place was a hellhole, it was dirty, disgusting, there was bugs in the beds, the staff were extremely rude. My friend and I never got told about it being a shared bedroom with random people, to our surprise when the manager walked into our room, without knocking saying 2 more men would be sharing our room. My friend and I packed our stuff and left at 10pm. The most uncomfortable I’ve ever felt. Walter then proceeded to ring my friend at 2am. As we were asleep at a different hotel we didn’t answer so I rang back first thing in the morning. Walter was extremely rude, calling me names, and being just very unkind. Said he walked into our room and didn’t see us sleeping to which I called him out and asked why he was coming into the room anyway. Thankfully we weren’t in. The hotel is dirty, it stinks, there was mold, bugs in the bed, dirty floor, see through bathroom door so no privacy, which had no lock, bedrooms didn’t have a lock either, over all was a horrible place. I said i would feel more clean and safe sleeping on the streets than sleeping in that hell hole. This place is a massive scam, owner and manager are rude and creepy, wouldn’t advise anyone going there, not even if you’re desperate and need somewhere to stay.

The property isn't so much dirty as it is old. The building is probably close to 100 years old and it's been a while since it's been upgraded. Despite that, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is very close to the bus/train station as well as numerous sites. Plus it's really inexpensive.

It’s a good location in Rome, walking distance to local attractions and metro. That’s the only highlight. Property is dilapidated not the one in the pictures as described. The bathroom is questionably unsanitary. Lesson learned, when the price is cheap that is what you will get.

Walters guest house has a very convenient location, it’s very close to Roma Termi. Overall, the place is disgusting and a huge disappointment. When we arrived, we called the owner and he is a huge scammer along with being extremely rude. He wanted to change my nasty room for an extra price, or according to him, “deal with it”. Online, the place looks like a nice nesting spot, however when we arrived the condition of absolutely everything were horrible. In our stay, we encountered 2 cockroaches, horrible odors, and terrible bedding. The towels were rough, and extremely old. They hurt to dry yourself, they even had holes in them. The shower had mold all over the place, and the rack was so old that it was oxidationing terribly. The furniture is broken, scratched, dusted and stained. The kitchen is horrible, it hasn’t been taken care of in ages. The fridge is okay, however it stained all over and it smells bad. Daily breakfast as advertised is a lie. We didn’t get anything and nobody was there. The tv in the rooms are ripped off the wall with worded hanging out, and the common room Tv is 14 inches probably from 1980. ******* was not able to help, because the owner didn’t want to give us a refund so we could relocate. This says a lot about the owners character and the fact he doesn’t care for his guests, but he’s in it for all the money he can make. Simply terrible, do yourself a favor and pass this place off your list.

Ho avuto la SFORTUNA di incontrare sulla mia strada questa "topaia", e, mio grande errore, mi ero letto solo alcune recensioni ritenendole eccessive: SBAGLIATO! Tutte le recensioni corrispondono al vero e descrivono solo parzialmente l'orrore a cui abbiamo assistito. Tutto vero!!! Non mi soffermerò sui dettagli "passabili" ( leggete le altre recensioni) , ma noi abbiamo trovato fin dall'ingresso un autentico tugurio ( e non quello del grande fratello). Uno strano odore appena varcata la porta, una persona in accoglienza messa quasi li a caso e subito la prima richiesta, pagare subito in contanti ( ci avevano detto che era possibile pagare con carta) prima ancora di vedere la "camera". L'errore è stato quello di non rifiutare subito e andare via , ma non avremmo saputo dove trovare altro alloggio, era tardi. La camera si presentava fatiscente e maleodorante, mobili messi li a casaccio, prese elettriche rotte, ma l'apice lo abbiamo raggiunto col bagno ( meglio chiamarlo cesso) , decrepito, anch'esso maleodorante. Dopo alcuni minuti di avvilimento ci hanno bussato e ci è arrivata la richiesta più assurda: utilizzare il cestino del bagno anche per gettarvi la carta igienica sporca ( per decenza non vado oltre) perché lo scarico era rotto!!! Ci sarebbe da scrivere un film horror e valutare gli estremi per una denuncia!!! Non vado oltre, spero sia abbastanza, dimenticavo, abbiamo dormito poco, male, fra mille rumori provenienti dalla strada attigua e siamo "fuggiti" di buon mattino ( fortunatamente avevamo pagato solo per una notte).

posto molto sporco,muffa da tutte le parti(nel bagno e pieno di muffa sia sulle pareti che nella doccia.persone molto arrogante ed offensivo(insulti dal proprietario ed il suo amichetto che sta fisso a guardare quello che fai,per loro la privacy non esiste.in 5 persone per una notte 150€ prezzo che non vale assolutamente la pena spendere.nella camera non c'è verso di starci perché arriva un tanfo dalla cucina(non si sa cosa preparano).non c'è modo di stare al fresco(ventilatore non funziona).non vi consiglio di venire(a quel prezzo trovate molto di meglio).

CUIDADO! REALMENTE! ESTAFADORES! es el peor lugar en el que he estado en toda mi vida. no solo eso sino que me está queriendo estafar. no tienen aire acondicionado y cuando estando ahi les decis, te dicen que no funciona hace 5 años. logre que estando ahi me devuelvan el dinero y me fui a las 12 de la noche a buscar otro lugar porque hacia mucho calor. semanas despues me hacen un cargo a mi tarjeta de credito por el valor de una noche. les reclamo y me dice que el aire funciona pero es de pago y que debo pagar por cancelar. estoy reclamando con booking y m&r bnb desde donde reserve y no se hacen cargo. no vayan a este lugar, no es ni cerca como en las fotos y son estafadores. adjunto imagenes que lo prueban.

sporcizia ovunque non corrisponde a quanto prenotato ti portano in un'altra struttura fatiscente e in comune non prenotate state lontani porta della stanza senza chiave quindi impossibilitati a chiudere
