Avoid this place is not worthed the money . The staff are not professional or polite . There is no WiFi, you need to take the keys from different place. Was 4pm and they didn't have the keys yet . If you want a nice hotel near the beach is Hotel Ping Pong .

We were dropped at the address to “chek-in”. This place was in a ***** mall in a very run down area, graffiti everywhere. Was asked to wait outside as they finished with another customer. Received our key and was told to take a #1 city bus to our bnb. We had to buy tickets and wait for 10 mins for the city bus riding for an hour and ended up back where we started!! We were scared as a drunk sat next to us on the bus and honestly it felt as though we were driving through a war zone!! Exhausted as we had traveled by train all day, I demanded a taxi and a call to a different hotel!! They insisted they would take us straight to our bnb. Why didn’t they do that to start with?? We arrived to find a plug didn’t work, the fridge was not plugged up, the towel warmer in the bath was leaking and no window covering over the bathroom window!! No screens on the open windows and this meant mosquitos! There was no internet which meant there was no Netflix!! Both of which were advertised as free!! We asked to be taken to the airport next morning and that we needed to be there at 10 am. He said no problem and he would pick us up at 9:40. Showed up 10 mins late making an x use that the vehicle wouldn’t start and we told him we had already called a taxi. We would in no way recommend this bnb!!!

Con amici prenotiamo e paghiamo una quadrupla, per poi scoprire che si tratta di una doppia. Un' addetta, da noi sollecitata, smonta un divano scomodissimo (N.B. NON un DIVANO-LETTO) su cui ho "dormito" con un amico. Chiediamo in reception di portare dei lettini più dignitosi, ma niente. Chiediamo un parziale rimborso e non ci arriva nessuna risposta. Inoltre in bagno la vasca perdeva acqua ogni volta che si faceva la doccia e si allagava tutto, vi lascio immaginare... FORTEMENTE SCONSIGLIATO, soprattutto per l'atteggiamento menefreghista di chi dirige in reception....
