Smart Hotel Pincio

The Sonder Plaza di Spagna is a lovely and quiet hotel perfectly located in the heart of Rome. Very clean and comfortable rooms. A delicious breakfast is served on a beautiful rooftop with great views. The staff were very friendly and helpful - calling taxis for us and going out of their way to help us find a DHL close by and recommending beaches to visit. Would definitely stay at Sonder again and highly recommend them!!

Staff are attentive and go above and beyond. Helpful. Well maintained clean modern property. A lovely terrace if you need a bit more space and refreshments. Comfy beds and lift for luggage. Would recommend to a wide range of people. Suggest getting a room that is not on same level as reception.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel, the check in was flawless everything done by the app but there is someone at the desk 24h a day, location is amazing and all the staff were super helpful and friendly, we enjoyed the roof top bar, and the barman who’s name I sadly have forgotten makes some great cocktails and is really funny and we had a great time chatting to him, he even dropped one little drink in my wife and the drinks were on the house and we laughed and wont forget it … in a good way!! Rooms have Netflix which sounds silly as you’re in Rome but after a long hot day walking its actually nice to be able to chill for a few hours. Would recommend 100%

Made a reservation with Hotel Pincio 2 years ago, and confirmed it 3 weeks prior to going to Italy. taxi dropped our group of 6 off at hotel and we were told that it had been sold to Sonder Group. We were left in the middle of the street in Rome, 6 people with luggage and nowhere to go. There were no other hotels with rooms as a world-class soccer event was being held in the city. Neither Pincio nor Sonder ever told us our rooms were non-existent. Worst vacation ever. Do not recommend Rome as a holiday location.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff was fantastic! We had issues with the travel agency and their booking, and Beatrice and the staff helped us out so much! They were incredibly accommodating and did everything they could to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast terrace was cozy with wonderful views. The breakfast was delicious as well!

No se informa que para el ingreso a la recepcion del hotel hay que subir al primer piso por escalera. El ascensor de Planta Baja solo puede ser usado para traslado de valijas o por personas con dificultades ambulatorias. Ademas tienen una habitacion pegada al area de recepcion, no habia visto eso en los muchos años que llevo visitando hoteles de distintas ciudades, y justo esa habitacion me fue asignada, es estar exactamente a un metro desde el escritorio de recepcion a la puerta de entrada a la habitacion, lo cual implica escuchar todos los movimientos de entrada y salida de los huespedes y su equipaje, y las consultas formuladas por telefono y en persona de parte de los visitantes al empleado de turno

Dommage cela à gâché une partie de notre voyage ;(( Une chambre située au niveau de l'accueil, avec un changement du personnel à partir de 5h30 du matin qui hurle, rigole sincèrement ! L'accueil des touristes jusqu'à pas d'heure le soir ...il m'a fallu ouvrir ma porte le 2° soir et demander un "chut" Le lendemain on demande d'être plus calme, on nous répond un "oui désolée" et rien à faire Tous les soirs et tous les matins nous étions réveillées....Hallucinant du jamais vu !!!! * Chambre donnant face à un parking et que des murs délabrés !!! avec des rebords de fenêtres sales ;(( * Etat de literie avec tâche sur la couette ;( * Etat salle de bain ...lamentable ! Moisissures sur les carreaux de la douche, mur explosé, gel douche hs..... * Table chambre brûlée et tachée * Mur chambre sale plein de tâches ;( Il y a assez de logement sur Rome aux mêmes tarifs, voir moins chers avec autant d'accessoires de SB, d'un coin café .... Et des situations géographiques très touristiques. NE PAS RESERVER CHEZ Sonder c'est sincèrement du vol !

Nuestra estancia en Sonder Piazza di Spagna ha sido fabulosa. Para empezar tuvimos que realizar un cambio en nuestra fecha de estancia y nos ayudaron sin problema alguno. Además, señalar la ubicación del hotel, la amabilidad del personal y la impecable limpieza. Sin duda, súper recomendado.

L'hotel è esattamente come riportato dalle immagini: pulito e accogliente. Plus da non sottovalutare è la gentilezza, cordialità e disponibilità del personale. Quando torneremo a Roma, sarà ancora il nostro hotel, garantito.
