酒店本身有一定歷史（時間）了，地點位置很棒，除了梵蒂岡，所有（熱門）景點都是步行可達。 可以在酒店預訂Opera的票，酒店服務小哥推薦的餐廳都很棒！

The bathroom was really good They were nice staff and we forgot are adapter and they had a spare one (we are English) . They were very welcoming and answered all are queries. The bed was really comfy and clean. There was air conditioning but it wasn't that good but they provided a big fan. Good value nice location and great parking

This hotel is permanently closed. When we arrived for check-in, we were informed that it had closed last month. We never received any notifications about the closure of this hotel, and the inside looked untidy. Try the nearby hotel so your next visit in Rome.

Great location, lovely staff however the room we were given was quite dated, awkward with the room placement , seems accessible from the roof so didn't feel too comfortable with opening the windows at night. Sheets were stained and didn't seem like 4* hotel standard, however the room was cleaned daily and quite well by the cleaners! We had no hot water in our room for our first 2 days which was quite uncomfortable, but the hotel did fix this issue eventually (seemed like an overall plumbing issue) Rooms have fridges which is handy, and hotel lets you keep luggage in the hotel securely on day of checkout :)

What an appalling experience . We stayed here when it was a Best Western but today ,the standards have hit the floor .Our room is filthy ,we went to reception to resolve the issue ,but they tried to excuse it away at first ,then agreed it was in desperate need of upgrading . However in spite of us paying full price for this room ,she insulted us by inferring we had the room so cheap we really shouldn't be complaining . This is a 2* hotel at best very shabby & dated . We have been moved into another room but that too is shabby &dirty .I wouldn't recommend this hotel .

I love hotel lobbies with old world charm. But I prefer more modern hotel rooms. This hotel has the former but not the latter. The staff is friendly and helpful. An employee literally walked us to a nearby restaurant when we asked for recommendations. And he wasn’t wrong. However, the rooms need updating. Especially the bathroom ( no shower stall, just a tub). The ac was off and there is no window screen. It wasn’t pleasant returning to a stuffy room after being in the sun and humidity all day. At night, we left the window open, but kept the curtains in place to keep bugs out. The hotel also attaches their key to a weighted object. They ask their guests to drop it off at front desk on their way out. And pick it up upon their return. Overall, it was pleasant enough for a short stay.
