We were passing through and decided to stop for the night. The facilities were goo and staff was excellent. The show head was vey high and didn’t adjust and the provided shampoo set is not really in the best spot. The bathroom door was heavy and difficult to open. Also it closed automatically
We stayed in a long room that was set up for those who need accessible accommodation. Thankfully we do not need that but if someone did they’d have some issues in the bathroom. The owners should change the shower head in the bathroom to something more manageable for those with accessibility issues
In comparison, I had just stayed in a theme room at the Fantasyland hotel and this place was better and cleaner. Would I stay here again? The answer is yes.

The stay was very noisy, not a very well insulated building , double queen rooms are not as large as most hotels ,pool area needs better ventilation as theres condensation dripping from everywhere above the seated areas for parents , pool bathrooms were gross ,and the doors to the pool bathrooms were bent out of shape so they dont close had to gaurd for my little ones when they needed to change , rust was present all around the waterslide exit

The location is very convenient as it is close to Cross Iron Mills and Costco. The room is decent sized. Breakfast was great, came with hot and cold options. Dining area is a bit small, so it got crowded fast and we had to bring our breakfast to our room. Pool and tub area offers a welcome treat after a day out.
