My stay at this Radisson Olaya hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve had within the Radisson network. The hotel is surrounded by non-stop construction, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. The staff were unprofessional and showed little to no concern for guests’ needs. The breakfast was extremely poor and disappointing, lacking both quality and variety. Overall, my experience was far below expectations, and I would never return to this hotel. I strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a more comfortable and well-managed stay. I’m a Radisson VIP member and will never go back to this disappointing hotel

I've been staying at the Radisson Olaya Hotel in Riyadh on and off for the past 6 weeks, and it has been a consistently excellent experience. The hotel itself is very nice, with well-appointed and extremely comfortable rooms that make for a relaxing stay. The amenities at this hotel are top-notch. There's an indoor pool, separate male and female health clubs with steam rooms and saunas, a fitness center, and a spa for unwinding after a long day. The on-site restaurant and lounge offer delicious dining, and the breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. A special mention goes to the food services staff, particularly Aabid and Jay Vie from the morning team. Their prompt and professional service, combined with their great attitudes, have truly enhanced my stay. Their efforts in providing a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience each morning are greatly appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend the Radisson Olaya Hotel for anyone visiting Riyadh. The exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities make it a standout choice.

Not living up to the expectations set by the high prices at all. Not delivering loyalty benefits, shower not working properly (low water pressure, knob falling off the wall), TV mirroring not working, staff not responsive, and so on.

4 night stay. Nice enough hotel but with loud building works going on immediately next door, either completely through the night or breaking for only 3-4 hours between 00:00 & 04:00. I had little sleep each night, compounded by an air conditioning system in my room, that for a new hotel - made an awful noise. The hotel should make prospective guests aware of this before booking (there was merely a letter in the room apologising for building works between 9am & 5pm) and the pricing should reflect this. At £325 a night - it is simply unacceptable. When I tried to explain at reception, the staff had no authority to do anything and had to speak to a manager who despite me waiting for a considerable amount time never arrived because he was ‘in a meeting’.

I have stayed at this hotel regularly for over 6 months despite the ongoing construction work on two sides of the hotel. The service levels were the reason I returned and put up with the noise. During my last stay I left a very expensive electric toothbrush in the room. Having checked out when I realised I emailed the hotel and returned to try and recover this. It was before 12 midday so couldn’t have been checked to someone else in the event housekeeping missed it. Despite 30 minutes stood watching the reception team texting / messaging the housekeeping team (for some reason they don’t physically talk!!) I was eventually told it wasn’t found!!!! I wasn’t in a position to stand and argue as this was the middle of a working day. I got the feeling that this was the easiest option to get rid of me. On return home I confirmed I hadn’t packed it and that I had defiantly left it. No email response for the hotel and I am now down a $100 dollar toothbrush. It is a shame I really liked this hotel! 24/7 construction. This hotel was booked via my employer for 19 days. Unbeknown to them and I, there’s heavy construction 24/7 - no break. This is hardcore foundation digging and excavators all through the night without a break. The hotel in their defence has offered to change my room, but there is disturbance around the whole of the hotel. They’re very aware of this and it’s not mentioned when checking in.

Superbly located near the upcoming business hubs in Northern Riyadh, 15 minutes from airport and access to different roads to circumvent rush hour traffic! A new hotel, with a modest but hearty breakfast offering. What makes this hotel one of the tops is their ever welcoming and helpful staff! The front desk staff are the friendliest in town! With special thanks to Sumir and Jay who provide an endless supply of greeting smiles at breakfast service!
