Parking should be free! Very poor room cleaning and old furniture.

I always stay at the royal landing, excellent location

Improve the bedding as they were a little worn out.

Everything very old. The bathroom was gigantic but the shower dripped non-stop, old towels, mattress with a hole, rude attendants and basic coffee.

A very unpleasant experience. Firstly, it took an absurd amount of time to find my reservation, secondly, the room was full of cockroaches and smelly, thirdly, they exchanged the room full of cockroaches and smelly for one much smaller than the one in the reservation. I went to complain about the room which was inferior to the description, they made me the parking charge and they sent me to another hotel

Four different from those reserved by the app. And even though the reservation is for a couple. I had to pay an extra fee for the 2nd guest.

Service at reception was good. What bothered me most about this hotel was the cleanliness! The pillows and sheets with hair stuck to them. An absurd smell of cigarettes in the room. I didn't like the experience and I only spent the night because my flight was very early. They need to improve their hygiene a lot!

Hotel with poor quality bed linen and towels, but as I only went to sleep, it was ok.

Stained bedding and cobwebs in the bathroom. In addition to the super dirty air conditioning.

Hotel reception was ok, access to the room was bad, there was no elevator to this room, uncomfortable bed and shower, air conditioning couldn't adjust the temperature.
