The staff is wonderful, the hotel-not so much. If you decide to stay here, tell them at check in to turn on your AC. They can control it from the lobby and if you don’t tell them then it does not work. There is no room phone to call the desk either. The last time I had Internet this bad was in 1996 using a modem. We asked for help and nothing changed, but they said we could work in the lobby for a better signal. I guess I could go to a public library too, but I paid for a room with WiFi and instead was almost able to use Facebook. There was a funky smell in the bathroom that did not go away even with daily cleaning. That was a first for me. We left the door closed the entire time because we could not be in the room with the smell. The pool cleaning robot was in the pool all three days, not moving, just on the bottom. The hose was stretched across the pool to the robot. It was not at all welcoming. The only redeeming quality is the staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They always smiled and made you feel comfortable. If they could just make the room comfortable then I would consider returning, but this was the most disappointing Best Western I have stayed at. There are many other options in Rimini and one must have usable internet.
