"It's not up to my standards; from the photos it looks different. I found the room with extremely dirty carpet. The room must have been a 3x4, tiny, with dirty windows and a camper-sized bathroom... As soon as we arrived, we found a drunk near the door of our room and we couldn't get in. The breakfast wasn't bad, varied but especially savory. On the other hand, the staff was very kind."

They were always quick to help me find a parking space for my car, as parking was difficult. The breakfast buffet was outstanding; you could even call it a brunch."

"Unhelpful staff, no assistance. When I asked for information, only through messages because there was no one on site, the response was: CANCEL THE BOOKING AND ASK FOR A REFUND... You need to download an app for self-check-in, which wasn't mentioned. There is no parking; the closest one is 500 meters away (paid). In the end, I followed the very unhelpful advice given to me and canceled everything, without even receiving a full refund. Dishonest, one star because you can't get any less."
