Great location and Silva was a great host. She responded to inquiries and suggestions immediately. She also came over to show me how the washing machine worked. The condo it self is new and nice. The building is being repaired and there’s trash at the entrance making it seem dirty. Once inside you will be comfortable. It’s a tight space for a couple, but should be ample for one traveler.

The only truth was that it was situated just in the Old City Center. I asked for parking and was told - "We have" we were sent to the city parking which was 5 minutes walk uphill and was hourly rates. We were greeted by a local rat sleeping at the entrance, when we finally found the virtually unmarked entrance (tiny little sign) we opened the huge door and were in shock. trash everywhere, big piles of old magazines on the floor, the open entryway with broken glass, the broken open stairwell windows, the peeling and falling plaster of the walls, the loose shaking handrails. We didn't know that all the flats were on the third floor with no elevator and giant broken stairs. Pictures showed kitchen with pots of spaghetti and somewhere to sit. We didn't have anything, not even a descent seat in that extremely tiny room. Good thing we didn't carry our luggage - there wasn't a single tiny place to put it. The very transparent shade for the toilet was sick - watching your partner in the toilet. The horrible view was of the old dilapidated building and windows just opposite and the nasty central yard. It was the most horrible view and experience of my life in a hotel while on vacation. The room was a very modern renovation, but the sheets and pillows didn't look clean and there were hairs on the pillows. After climbing all those stairs, with my spine problems I was smashed. We had been driving all day, arriving late at night, and we left 4 AM. We said goodbye to the rat (it was still there) and left

Very comfort room with great interior. Everything was nice and nothing was missing. I would recommend to everyone! Dexule name is a good description :)

건물 자체는 오래되었지만, 터미널과 가깝고 얼마전에 리모델링 한 곳이라서 깔끔, 쾌적, 상큼, 말끔, 섹시하네요. 주변에 리예카 간다고 하면 적극 추천하고 싶습니다. 매니져가 친절하게 응대 해서 좋았어요~

Tres bel appartement et bien équipé à Rijeka et très bien localisé. L’immeuble était en rénovation mais a un potentiel architectural incroyable.
