I was disappointed ☹️ n the quality of the quality of the hotel. Our room was dank and musty. There were stains on the furniture. There was virtually no sound proofing and the hvac was extremely loud especially when it turned on or off. Shower suddenly went cold but adjusted after a few tries. Folks working there were nice, but definitely overpriced for the poor condition of the facility.

Check in was very quick and easy. Parking was pricy at $41 per night. Valet team was super nice. Room was nicely sized and clean. One odd thing, the bathroom did not have a fan. The beds and pillow are awful. We all had a rough night sleeping and woke up with back pain. Check out was quick and easy.

I was underwhelmed by the dining options onsite. Restaurant by elevator was very poor quality. The bar/restaurant up front in the lobby was limited in what they offered and it was expensive for what you got (ie tartar did not come with any crisps or bread, lamb lollipops had no potato,pasta,rice or veg accompaniment so just a plate of meat). Also shower/tubs need redoing and some areas could use a paint. Oh and lastly, widows have zero noise reduction it is soooo loud. I was on the 4th floor and could hear peoples shoes on the sidewalk….plus everything else. Was great for what i needed but other people might want this info.

Bathroom needed to be cleaned again after I got the room (hair in the tub). Room is getting worn. Bathtub is great but its so old and grungy I wont be using it. Shower enclosure light is broken. Doors and baseboards need paint as they are all scuffed and just don't look clean even if they are. Staff so far has been VERY accommodating and helpful. Top marks!

The Staff were very friendly and helpful Especially at the Restaurants in there. And the Food was delicious

Late check in. Suite that was run down. Very old pull out couch. Place run down. Valet service was great.

Downtown, payed parking across the street, Valet is too expensive. Overall clean hotel.

We had parked our car in the convention center parking that was located next to the hotel as we would be attending the following day. Our car got broken into and several items were stolen.

Beautiful, clean hotel with amazing service! Great restaurants and great location.

We were very disappointed that this hotel charged additional ($40 nightly) for parking, and WiFi. It also didn’t offer complementary coffee unless you make it yourself in your room.

Our first stay but loved it. Modern, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Great dining and hospitality choices.

Visiting my family for the holidays. The Hilton Richmond Downtown was clean and the staff was very friendly. Even the poor souls who had to work on Christmas day were friendly and helpful! Also, Biscuits and Honey is right around the corner...best fried chicken I have ever had!

It’s not a good experience, I wanted to get something for second and third day but no one answered, also I found 2 bugs in the room, those scared us.
