The front desk was super helpful. She offered me a cookie which I thought was a great touch. Everyone was nice and very accommodating.

Beautiful hotel but the location and amenities were very poor. Dinner was average. My breakfast was cold and uncovered without any cream for my coffee, despite requesting extra cream!!

The overall atmosphere of the hotel, the whirlpool pool, and the view overlooking the river were perfect. This time I came for a business trip, but next time I would like to come for a trip as well.
