Room and bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not fantastic. Just ordinary Chinese food known from 2* hotels. A disadvantage is that hotel lobby is on 16F, and guests must share the 3 lifts with shopping mall customers and office workers.

Hotel with dark lightings and should improve better and more lights in room

We stayed here because it’s close to the airport. It was perfect for our morning flight. The place is clean and convenient. We had dinner right downstairs.

The hotel's service ranges from the warm smiles at the front desk, the quick check-in, the meticulous cleaning by the room service staff, to the sincere and thoughtful guidance by the restaurant waiters. Every staff member seems to be able to see through the needs of the guests, always appearing at the right time to provide the most thoughtful help. I remember one time when I asked a staff member about the surrounding attractions, he not only gave a detailed introduction, but also provided such attentive service. How can one not be moved?

The location is quite good. Free parking is available in the underground parking garage. It is easy to find the location of the hotel and the underground parking lot according to the instructions of the front desk. Located in Shiyan Star City, there is a shopping mall downstairs. It is convenient to eat and drink. There are Haidilao, Starbucks, McDonald's, and many shopping options. The hotel breakfast buffet is also quite rich. There is a subway nearby, and parking is convenient. The ladies are all very nice and the service is thoughtful! It is also convenient to travel without driving. The hotel is clean and comfortable overall. It is particularly worth mentioning that when we checked in, the front desk lady noticed that my wife was pregnant, so she asked the room aunt to bring us plastic slippers and gave us a few more floor towels, telling us to lay them on the floor and be careful of slippery floors. It is very considerate and heartwarming. If I have the chance next time, I will come again!
