Whatever you expect from a quiet vacation in Greece, you will find here. A small complex of 4 little bungalows, each with its own terrace and with a common swimming pool. Situated on a hill at only a couple of hundred metres from the beach, supermarket and some good restaurants. The caretaker is doing his utmost to make you feel at home, bringing you refreshements for free when you are resting in the pool area. Also the cleaning is very good and on a regular basis with a 4-day interval.

A wonderfully hospitable and relaxing Villa stay. Beautiful pool and private area. Very clean facilities and well appointed living area. We found it to be o perfect location for the simple Kiotari beach with Blue Flag status! Supermarket, cafes and supermarkets just 5 minute walk. Kyriakos, the owner, was so helpful and friendly. We would definitely return!

We stayed for 2 weeks with our two Kids in the red villa. For sommer time villa is perfect. Cleaning of the house every 4 days with change of sheets and towels included. Beautiful view on the sea. 2 sunbed one small table outise plus typical outside greek table. The villas and the garden are built in such a maneer you find shadow or sun as you need. Valid in the pool area as well as for the villa terrasse. Garden is great. Location is perfect to enjoy the south of the island which is definitely more quiet in sommer time. Few restaurants and beaches in 5km around. You will also appreciate the hospitality of the owner Kiriakos
