Good budget accommodation within walking distance of the old town. The room was "small but perfectly formed." Helpful, pleasant staff.

We stayed at this hotel in June. Overall, we were very disappointed. The first room we received had an extremely dirty bathroom (I'm sorry I didn't take pictures), later I asked for a new room that looks much worse than the first one. In the end, I received a third camera that looks as it should. The staff was very kind, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The breakfast was acceptable but not diversified, the same food throughout the stay. All in all, I don't recommend this hotel at all, but if you still decide to go here, if you don't get at least a decent room, ask for another because there are better room options!

We loved this 2* hotel right next to the port and 5mins into old town. Ideal for people who want a base and be out and about as no pool to lounge by which absolutely suited us. Options are B&B or Room Only. I am not a breakfast person but it looked great I booked a double room for single occupancy. Included were Fridge; tv; Air con; safe; Bathrooms were a little dated but everything worked fine. I understand they are going to be updated. Staff were all lovely and very friendly. We felt we had really struck lucky both with the location and the hotel itself. Couldn't have been happier.

Lovely budget hotel situated in a quiet street minutes from old town. My room 305 on the third floor was clean,comfortable with everything you could need and cleaned every second day. Very nice staff although very quiet as early in the season.

Great Hotel Except The Room. The hotel is in an excellent position for exploring Rhodes Town. The reception area is modern and clean. The staff, both reception and housekeeping are very helpful and friendly. Our bedding and towels were changed 3 times in the week we stayed. The bedroom (216) was poor with wardrobe that didn't close and other damaged old furniture filled the room. The bathroom was disgusting with dirty tiles and soiled grout and sealants, and a shower that spayed water all over the place rather than the person using the shower. I know this was a 2 star hotel but 1 star would be more fitting because of the bathroom.

We booked a 5 day holiday in rhodes town, which included, flights, transfers and accommodation at the City Plus Hotel We knew it was a 2star and thats fine , we loved the location and surrounding area Bering in mind its only a 2 Star and we were very pleased with the room , comfortable beds ,not soft , quite firm , perfect Breakfast was not included, so that was extra €9 and have to say it was Lovely, something for everyone, even bacon eggs and sausage The jewel in the crown are the staff A family run establishment and we arrived as guests but left as friends Especially Jannis and Thassos Thank you so very much for making our little holiday , a wonderful experience and we will definitely return Paul an Dave

Perfectly situated near the old town and a beautiful sandy beach. The staff are incredibly helpful & friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Safe area, loads of amazing restaurants & cafes nearby. I highly recommend this family-run hotel, 10 stars!

In my experience with this place, it definitely could have been better. On arrival we were greeted well and offered a drink, in a lovely looking reception lobby with nice staff. The room we were given unfortunately was totally inadequate. There was a double bed frame with two single mattresses, that didn't fit, nowhere for suitcases to be put,no wardrobe or drawers and the shower head had a broken holder, so you would've had to hold it to "hose yourself down". After talking to the staff we agreed that the following day they would give us a new room. This was much better and had a fridge. All in all,if they replaced all the mattresses for new ones, used mattress protectors, it would be a great little place

I found this hotel on the Hopper app and it was perfect for our six-night stay in Rhodes Town. We wanted something within walking distance of the castle, Old Town, the beach, and the ferry port. But we also wanted something clean, safe, and, well, affordable. As two young women, this spot checked all those boxes for us. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, with wonderful tips on how to get around. (Enora is lovely!) We paid a bit extra for breakfast each morning, but I think it was well worth the money because the spread was generous and we had a whole week’s worth of filling breakfasts that stuck with us for hours. You also have to pay separately for air conditioning. The room is on the small side and has no frills. But when you’re on vacation, are only sleeping and showering in there, and don’t think you have to stay in a luxury spot, this is a good bet. (A luxury hotel is nice, but staying longer in a destination because you spend on a simpler hotel is nicer, in my opinion.) Full housekeeping only happens every other day. So if that’s important to you, I’d look elsewhere. We had a great stay there and the affordability allowed us to have a lot of rich experiences while on Rhodes!

Brilliant hotel with lovely staff. The ladies on the reception desk were so helpful and let us choose our room after viewing three! They were happy to answer questions and pointed out the best routes, nearest beach etc. I had breakfast everyday at the hotel for an additional €8. There was plenty of choice and again, the man in charge at breakfast was polite and knowledgeable about the Island. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable for the amount of time we spent in them, we were more than happy. We had a balcony which was a welcome addition to a city centre hotel during August! The hotel is in a great location, close to the old town and harbour. We would stay here again.
