BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Carnarvon Gorge

Our family of 4 (2 children 11 and 8) stayed at the Big 4 Canarvon Gorge over Christmas. Our beautiful one bedroom deluxe cabin was absolutely incredible. High quality fit out. Comfy beds (children slept on a pull out sofa). Monnie, Nick and Monica at reception are absolutely exceptional, assisting us with anything we needed. Nothing at all is a problem for them. Beautiful grounds, excellent facilities. We were very comfortable in our Cabin in the 34 degree heat. Two aircon and ceiling fans made sure of that. Walks in the Gorge were a must see but please leave early and bring water if coming in December. Will absolutely be back. Thank you Big 4 team. You guys are rippers!

Beautiful bushy spacious campground with great camp kitchens. Short drive to the national park. Evening meals available. Happy hour every afternoon at the bar, along with video of the national park and walks and information. Nice showers too.

I booked a non powered site from 9/8/23 to 12/8/24 (3 nights) at the Big 4, Breeze Holiday Parks, Carnarvon Gorge for my tent. I wanted a relaxing few days in the Carnarvon Gorge area. On the 10/8/24, I became aware that the weather forecast for 12/8/24 was for heavy rain 6 to 25mm. Packing a tent up in heavy rain is not ideal for a number of reasons including comfort, safety and health. On the 10/8/24 I spoke to the assistance manager requesting to cancel my last night accommodation and packup in the dry on the 11/8/24. She quoted the terms and conditions and would not refund the future night of accommodation. She would not work with me for a solution such as booking a cabin. She demonstrated no compassion or understanding to find a solution with me. I am not happy with the cold, black and white attitude of the management at this park.
