Precio calidad normal. Para una noche esta bien, nada a destacar. Las instalaciones un poco viejas

Cogimos solo alojamiento de una noche y la verdad bien

Escogimos este hotel por su situacion privilegiada en el centro de Reus. Pero ha sido una experiencia realmente nefasta, creo que el peor hotel en el que he estado nunca. La mala experiencia empezo con la reserva, cuando estaba finalizando el plazo de confirmacion de la targeta, se bloquea el sistema, y el precio subio un diez por ciento sin ninguna explicacion, al llamar al hotel para explic****lo, solo me dicen que es su sistema de reservas que va ajustando los precios. Llegamos al hotel, y con cama de matrimonio previamente reservada y confirmada, nos dicen que no disponen de ella, y que nos tienen que dar una habitacion con cama doble. Subimos a la habitacion y al encender una luz, nos saltan los diferenciales de toda la planta, por cierto en la habitacion habian tres bobillas fundidas no repuestas, y el mado del televisor inutilizado sin la tapa de las pilas y con ausencia de estas. Al dia siguiente dejamos la habitacion para dar un paseo por la ciudad a las 8,30h de la mañana y volvemos a las 16,30h, con una sorpresa inesperada, la habitacion se encuentra sin hacer, y al requerir una explicacion nos dicen que deberiamos abandonar la habitacion porque el servisio de limpieza deja el hotel a las 17h y despues de esta hora ya no podran hacerla. Les decimos que es inaudito, que hemos vuelto a la habitacion a descansar una hora y que no nos iremos hasta las 17,30, a lo que nos responden que sintiendolo mucho la habitacion se va a quedar sin hacer. Despues de una discusion con amenazas, nos dicen que nos daran una solucion, y que cuando volvamos ya la tendremos hecha. Es cierto cuando volvemos a las 20h, se nos ha hecho la habitacion por la recepcionista, de una forma desastrosa toda la cama arrugada y de cualquier forma y las toallas de la misma manera que las habiamos dejado por la mañana. La papeler llena.... Bajamos a recepcion para informarnos del aparcamiento vecino y nos dan la informacion mal, lo que acaba costandonos la tarifa doblada del mismo. ES UN DESASTRE DE HOTEL, NADA RECOMENDABLE.

Old furniture but excellent location. Located closed to ple Mercadal square, you can find public parking for 4,50 eur per day. The rooms are old, not renewed for a long time ago. You can have breakfast for 7 eur, good price for a buffet. If you want to be closed to the city centre with a good value for money, gaudi is ok

Very basic hotel, good location and parking next door was ideal. The room overall was fine, bed comfy and clean, the biggest let down was the bathroom, the bathtub has visible holes and large areas of rust at either end, shower was powerful enough. Staff were helpful when asked for extras for room. Okay for one night stay over, wouldn't stay again.

Lack of ventilation in the room, brought it up to staff's attention and they couldn't do anything except suggest to open the windows but it was humid. Interior definitely need remodeling, tub had chips off, the ceiling of the restroom reminded me of an office ceiling. The walls are so sensitive to noise, i can hear the neighbors organize their closet, when they move a chair or speak. I booked a tripled room and there was only one outlet which made it difficult to charge our phones and devices. The sheets where thin and uncomfortable. The shampoo came in little bags which wasn't enough or environmentally friendly. Most importantly there was no WIFI. I reached out and all they can do is reboot it, it didn't work. I had to go to the lobby to get internet.

Stayed in this Hotel for one night recently. It was comfortable, very clean and very quiet for a good nights sleep. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. A lovely buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. Also Gluten Free available. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved the hotel . It was comfortable and extremely clean. The breakfast was amazing. The man on the check in was really nice but the woman who replaced him in the afternoon/evening was just so unfriendly and not helpful. We greeted her every time we entered and left and she looked at us and just ignored us. The location is great also.
