Ulasan The Cove Rotana Resort - Ras Al Khaima

It’s was super nice. Staff is very nice and polite. Reception staff was very nice as well. Amenities are super. I will come back there for sure. Rooms are amazing, style and design. Beach, pools and all the rest things. 10 out of 10. There was only 1 negative point is the super noisy A/C in my room, it sounded like a tractor. I used earplugs to fall a sleep. Next time I will mention this as a priority point while booking the room.

Good but price in december is little expensive

We decided to drive through the UAE and this is a must see. The location is beautiful filled with things to do. Would definitely recommend and see again!

The resort is amazing. No doubt it is one of the best resort in RAK. We spent the new years and our anniversary in The Cove Rotana and we had a great time.We were taken care off really well with all special treatments. The food in cinnamon is amazing and the staff in the resort are so friendly. As we checked in our room, we saw the room given to us did not have a balcony nor a bathtub. We requested for an upgrade as we had paid a huge amount for the NYE. A staff named Tara helped us to get the upgrade really quick. The housekeeping guy was the sweetest. He decorated our bed well and also put a board with the anniversary wishes!! Also there was a staff in Breakers Beach Bar named Min. He is an amazing guy. I had ordered for a mojito and informed him it needs to look good as it was for social media. He made sure he gave me the best one and also suggested I should opt for strawberry mojito. He then said it was not possible for him to give the mojito in the glass as we were not having at the bar instead we were at the beach resting on the sun beds. When he saw I was a little upset he let us have the glass taken to the beach. Such an amazing guy!!! Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this resort to all who would love to have a great time with family and friends.

前台接待人員很給力。得知我們很晚辦理入住。免費幫我們延後到下午兩點退房。還免費升級了視野極佳的海景房。酒店環境不用説。看圖説話吧😄

衞生：衞生乾淨，保潔很多巴基斯坦的人，對中國人非常友好，所以基本都有給小費 設施：感覺酒店房間的設施比較老舊的感覺，下午的時候屋頂有漏雨，可能是因為長期暴曬的緣故 服務： 因為是帶家人旅行，所以有提前郵件講了需求，酒店都有提前安排，這點挺滿意 環境：環境很美，半山腰的房子有些地中海風格，在酒店可以玩2-3天，酒店有瑜伽很排球的教學

投訴投訴投訴！！！ 垃圾前台 這個酒店前台人員，工作能力很差，表面你問她什麼，都回復OK 對的，背地裡啥也沒給你弄， 辦理入住的前台 右側單獨一個窗口的 一個歐美長相的女的黃頭髮，服務很差，第一遍辦理 給她ID和酒店訂單英文版都看了，也説了要辦入住 Check in，然後也問了是不是海景大床房 ，還有早餐等等，最後給了兩個beach towel，浴巾卡和一個旁邊酒吧的酒水卡，就是沒給房卡，給了個放房卡的紙盒，沒寫房間號和製作房卡，還告訴讓你去找酒吧，身上大包小包的就為了讓她辦兩張浴巾卡嗎， 心眼太壞了這種人前台，她是不是故意的一眼能看出來，垃圾前台，希望攜程的工作人員能去了解情況，他們經理都知道，當時找了旁邊的男的重新辦理了，和他們經理請示，一定要反饋投訴這個前台！！！ 國人同胞避坑

龍年大年初一去住一晚，從杜拜開過去一個多小時。酒店非常大，設施很豐富，游泳池有三個。沙灘也很大，很平緩。早餐中規中矩，就是正常的早餐。

超讚！景色美，就是冬天有點冷，還是適合暖和點去，吃的也還不錯，適合度假和帶孩子去玩

預訂海景房 可是海景太遠了 衞生間馬桶和洗臉盆同一個出水？馬桶沖水了 洗臉盆水就下不去 真心煩 還有一晚就懶得説

酒店是度假村，很多俄羅斯遊客，早上自助食堂人比較多，
