Worst hotel ever we stayed. We could bear only 1 night. Horrible service. Regretted every minute.

The place is amazing. Check in took so long considering we have 2 elderlies and a child. Check out was convenient as one of the managers helped out. The room is beautiful and buggy service is a plus

Very Good

It’s was super nice. Staff is very nice and polite. Reception staff was very nice as well. Amenities are super. I will come back there for sure. Rooms are amazing, style and design. Beach, pools and all the rest things. 10 out of 10. There was only 1 negative point is the super noisy A/C in my room, it sounded like a tractor. I used earplugs to fall a sleep. Next time I will mention this as a priority point while booking the room.

Good but price in december is little expensive

We decided to drive through the UAE and this is a must see. The location is beautiful filled with things to do. Would definitely recommend and see again!

The resort is amazing. No doubt it is one of the best resort in RAK. We spent the new years and our anniversary in The Cove Rotana and we had a great time.We were taken care off really well with all special treatments. The food in cinnamon is amazing and the staff in the resort are so friendly. As we checked in our room, we saw the room given to us did not have a balcony nor a bathtub. We requested for an upgrade as we had paid a huge amount for the NYE. A staff named Tara helped us to get the upgrade really quick. The housekeeping guy was the sweetest. He decorated our bed well and also put a board with the anniversary wishes!! Also there was a staff in Breakers Beach Bar named Min. He is an amazing guy. I had ordered for a mojito and informed him it needs to look good as it was for social media. He made sure he gave me the best one and also suggested I should opt for strawberry mojito. He then said it was not possible for him to give the mojito in the glass as we were not having at the bar instead we were at the beach resting on the sun beds. When he saw I was a little upset he let us have the glass taken to the beach. Such an amazing guy!!! Overall we had a great experience and would highly recommend this resort to all who would love to have a great time with family and friends.

設施：年份雖然很久了，但是住起來絲毫沒有感受到是開了這麼久的酒店了，房間的牆面和配套設施都很齊全，也不是傳統的老式裝修，很有設計感 衞生：床單被套等都很乾凈整潔，房間舒適度也很不錯😌唯一的就是房間是沒有直接放置牙刷和牙膏的，如果需要的話需要給打電話送 環境：酒店就像海邊的度假別墅一樣，擁有私人海灘🏖️區域很愜意，泳池也有好像三個，因為我去的比較晚了，所以衹有一個bar旁邊的無邊泳池還開放在到晚上21:00，吹着海風遊個小泳，喝個小酒，這生活不就來了嘛 服務：服務態度很不錯，打電話送東西也很及時，到酒店後會有禮賓部給幫停車和送行李到房間，可能整個區域比較大（因時間原因沒怎麼逛），到哪裡都會有小擺渡車接送，下次一定要早點去享受享受😎 整體體驗感不錯😌

أود أن أعبّر عن إعجابي الشديد بمستوى الخدمة والاحترافية التي يقدمها هذا الفندق، والذي يُعد بحق من النماذج الراقية في عالم الضيافة والفندقة. لقد لاحظت خلال فترة إقامتي أن الفندق يجمع ما بين الفخامة والراحة، والدقة في التفاصيل، وجودة الخدمة، وهو ما يجعله وجهة مثالية سواء للزوار بغرض السياحة أو رجال الأعمال. ⭐ أبرز النقاط التي تستحق الثناء: 1. الاستقبال والضيافة: يتميز طاقم الاستقبال بحسن التعامل واللباقة، حيث يُستقبل الضيوف بابتسامة دائمة وروح ترحيبية تعكس الثقافة العالية للمكان. سرعة إجراءات الدخول والخروج كانت ملحوظة ومريحة. 2. نظافة الغرف وجودة التجهيزات: الغرف نظيفة جدًا، ومرتبة بطريقة تليق بفنادق الخمس نجوم، مع توفير جميع المستلزمات بشكل احترافي. الأسرة مريحة، والإضاءة موزعة بشكل مثالي. 3. الخدمة الفندقية (Room Service): الخدمة سريعة، راقية، وتُقدم باهتمام واضح بالتفاصيل، كما أن الاستجابة لطلبات الضيوف تتم بشكل فوري ومهني. 4. المطاعم وجودة الطعام: تنوع الأطباق وجودتها كان من أبرز ما يميز الإقامة. يتم تقديم الطعام بطريقة أنيقة، مع تنوع في النكهات يناسب جميع الأذواق. 5. المرافق والخدمات العامة: يتوفر بالفندق مرافق متكاملة مثل المسبح، مركز اللياقة، وقاعات الاجتماعات، وجميعها مصانة ومجهزة بأحدث التقنيات. 6. البيئة العامة للفندق: الأجواء داخل الفندق راقية وهادئة، مع اهتمام خاص بالديكور الداخلي والإضاءة، مما يخلق بيئة مريحة للنزلاء. ✅ التوصية العامة: أنصح بشدة بالإقامة في هذا الفندق لكل من يبحث عن التميز في الضيافة وجودة الخدمة. إنه مكان يجمع بين الراحة والرفاهية، ويستحق أعلى درجات التقدير والثناء

前台接待人員很給力。得知我們很晚辦理入住。免費幫我們延後到下午兩點退房。還免費升級了視野極佳的海景房。酒店環境不用説。看圖説話吧😄
