Premier Inn Liverpool Rainhill

Never normally have any issues staying here however this time we found a tablet on the floor luckily me and my partner found before our 11months old picked it up. Hate to think of the outcome if we hadn't got to it before she did.

Stayed one night. Room was excellent. Clean and airy. Reception staff were faultless. Friendly, efficient and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it. Thanks to all the team for an excellent stay. Breakfast in the pub next door was delicious too.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it was very clean and the staff were very friendly. The receptionist who worked on the morning of the 1/5 who extremely helpful and friendly to my fiancée

I had to find a last minute hotel room after work and this was the only premier inn that didn't fake their capacity. DAVE - from the Rainhill premier inn decided to take on the burden and book me a last minute room. He worked through their difficult system which took time but he didn't give up. He really went above and beyond what he needed to do. He made a potentially freezing night into my van into a check in with laughter and selflessness. I hope Dave stays for a while longer.

My husband and I were staying here when we were visiting my mum in Whiston Hospital. It was of course clean and tidy with a comfy bed but what sets this hotel apart was how kind the staff were. It was a difficult time for us emotionally but the staff couldn't have been nicer. We had to extend our stay and they made sure we could stay in the same room, changed the bedding and even left a box of chocolates on the desk with a lovely note. What a difference kindness can make. Can't thank them enough.

I can not thank all the staff enough for their great kindness to me during a difficult period in my life. There is sometimes the impression that staff on reception just sit behind a screen, taking bookings, answering questions and handing out keys. However, this is a huge over simplification. The staff at this Premier Inn have superb interpersonal skills, a real desire to meet customer needs and are a massive credit to the company that employs them. Hours are often long and come with little thanks. Indeed, during my two week stay I watched the staff have to solve the issues of one customer who was verging on the abusive. From what I could glean his 'complaint' was based on the the fact he wanted additional people to stay in his room without paying for them or considering the duty of care staff have to others. This customer was treated with respect, listened to, and made allowances for when they were 'bang out of order' and really unpleasant. It made me think how brilliant the staff were and how they have to endure so much while remaining friendly and professional. This is a small Premier Inn but is nonetheless, superbly cared for. It is very clean and comfortable. However what sets it apart from other Premier Inns I have stayed at is not the building but the staff who make it such a haven for customers taking a break, sharing positive times or staying when times are challenging. My husband and i really enjoyed our short stay .The room was clean..loved the shower and the tea…above all we loved the bed..please do let us know where we can find such a bed😄😄. PS. We actually arrived on the thirteenth of January but the date is not showing.

Small problem on arriving which was put right very quickly by the lovely lady on reception very polite and friendly Convenient location near M62 all in all a great stay and good night's sleep would definitely stay again

Had a great night's stay after a long day round Knowsley Safari Park was greatest pleasantly by the lady on reception who explained where our room was which was clean and tidy shower was very warm and powerful and the bed was comfy
