Side view of the street, very convenient location, comfy and spacious room. Well equipped with necessities.

Pros: the hotel room was really clean and spacious Location was good, really near the main shops area Cons: the hotel informed there was no parking available as their carpark was full and it was first come first serve. So guests are expected to circle the hotel vicinity for a lot when they arrive? Especially when it’s stated that parking is available onsite. Front desk staff was really rude with an attitude. She suggested street parking but I told her I wasn’t comfortable with parallel parking and she just got really rude with a take it or leave it attitude. We booked two rooms but she only gave one room’s card and I had to remind her for the other room’s card. Anyways. The hotel is a maze where we had to take lift to a different level, walk to a different building and take another lift to get to the room. Abit creepy for solo travellers. Overall; the rooms are well maintained but beware of the lack of parking + rude staff

good location. very close to Queenstown mall，about 7～8 mins on foot. clean and comfortable room with all kinds of household appliances，including oven, washing machine, dryer, four-burner induction cooker, microwave oven, electric iron, heater, fan heater……especially its very cold in july，but its warm anywhere in the suites. very satisfied.

We enjoyed the spacious suite with most modern style. Parking was direct in our building. Location is silent and has short footwalk distance to the city center. - Only the breakfast is in a different older building and doesn’t meet the high standard of the suites.

Very comfortable stay and very good service, sauna and gym room is clean and free, hot tub need make a reservation and paid. Most important, free parking 😆

Our bus was not able to make it to queenstown and the hotel refused to give even a dollar refund despite it being booked just a few hours before checkin time.

有免費的停車場，不過要先check in然後刷卡進 酒店在山坡上，除了爬坡費力其它都很方便，就在鎮上 房間也挺大的，住了兩晚還不錯
