Extremely bad service especially for a luxury hotel. Air-condition in room was hardly working, very suffocating for summer. Explained it to the night receptionist. Who immediately replied why could we bear with it on the first night. Sent a fellow service staff who stuck a temperature rod deep into the vent to show the air con was working fine. Couldn’t understand that there was no wind. On the check out day, asked the concierge on the ground floor to help book a bigger taxi in the morning as there were more people and bags. The person replied “yes, yes, yes”. Came back in late afternoon to confused looks.

Really incredible. Highest quality, very comfortable. Breakfast buffet selection was incredible. The city view from our room and from the lobby is worth the fee in itself.

康萊德酒店是希爾頓旗下的高端，最大的特色是可以體驗大阪城市天際線的景觀，高空景色確實非常震撼，就像住在雲端之上，大堂陳設了很多漂亮的藝術品，很適合拍照。酒店的早餐和客房點餐都比較豐富，適合孩子吃的也很多。

樓下就是地鐵站，離開梅田一公里，不遠也不近步行稍遠，坐車尷尬，打車又不值當，酒店坐便器無法電動打開，這個不應該，以上説的是缺點，出來這兩點，剩下都是優點

第二次入住，設施和服務都很好，交通方便，樓下就是肥後橋站，到梅田一站，到心齋橋兩站。順便説下，肥後橋2號口出來的神虎拉麪特別好吃。

日本的酒店就是這樣，要麼就是滿足乾淨睡覺的功能，但是使用空間狹小，要想舒服寬敞就衹能選康萊德這樣的，孩子們很喜歡酒店的view，非常贊。

游泳池不錯，適合商務出差，高空風景挺好，就是感覺服務不太熱情，地理位置也還行，比較市中心，親子項目不是太多
