Kamar yang luas dan cukup baru. Dekat dengan banyak minimarket dan restoran. Memiliki tempat parkir mobil tetapi terbatas.

Nyaman dan menyenangkan. Anda dapat menerima layanan kurir, tetapi tidak nyaman karena Anda tidak dapat mengirimkannya dari hotel. Layanan staf sangat baik.

I ask urgently for hotel cxl. Because i have to travel back home . But the hotel ignored and full charged .

the rooms are clean and comfortable to stay and there is a onsen that you can relax

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—conveniently situated near key attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was the complimentary drinks available throughout the day, including a nice selection of tea, coffee, and soft drinks, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. While the room was on the smaller side, it was well-equipped and efficiently designed. Everything we needed was provided, and it met our expectations in terms of comfort and functionality. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay in a great location.

Thanks for trying to help me to refund However the apply of refund are not pass... (Due to heavy rain I can’t go 靜岡、 hope I will have another chance to go to there in the future.)

There are only self check in if you come in after 10pm. Instructions were not correct and self check in machine didn't work. There were no phone in the hotel so I have to spend my long distance dial and stood there 30 mins to figure out the check in. Filed a complaint later on and hotel refused to refund. But trip.com was nice enough to send back a reasonable amount of money to compensate my long distance call. Only if you speak Japanese and have a local phone and check in at day time, otherwise not recommended.

Near to Shinagawa train station. Cheap and beyond expectations.

1。位置 酒店在靜岡駅附近步行約五分鐘的距離 雖然酒店外觀有點不起眼 但幸好招牌十分明顯 不算太難找到 2。鄰近配套 由於靠近靜岡駅 便利店車站交通都十分方便 亦有不少餐廳在酒店附近 3。酒店設施 酒店本身有提供膠囊住宿 而其他房間的空間也不大 在房間內很難同時把兩個行李喼打開 地下大堂有提供welcome drink 需要時可以使用 酒店的其中一個特色是有提供浴場 不過男女是共用同一個浴場（分時段） 但浴池衛生情況一般 4。服務質素 酒店服務人員態度友善 亦能以簡單英語溝通

O hotel tinha tudo que prometia: quarto espaçoso e limpo, Wi-Fi rápido, atendimento cordial e uma localização perfeita para explorar a cidade. Até os pequenos detalhes, como amenities de qualidade e o silêncio durante a noite, foram impecáveis. Dificilmente encontro lugares que combinam tanto com o que foi anunciado, mas este acertou em tudo. Recomendo sem dúvidas!
