We came here for a winter break get away. We arrived shortly after check-in time (4pm) and we were told our room wasn’t ready, unsure of when it would be. We went to dinner, came back; our room wasn’t ready until almost 7pm. We finally got in, we ended up just hanging out and settled down from our long trip. We had ZERO hot water, for hours. Called the front desk and they sent maintenance, who literally did nothing but say sorry we’re at max capacity and can’t tell when it’ll be back on. Next day, we asked for some extra towels, facial tissues and plastic cups. Our room was never visited by housekeeping & we didn’t get our items until 9pm that night. I’m not sure what’s going on, but this was our worst stay yet. They really need to get it together, was not worth all that money I spent. My kids didn’t notice, they had a blast at the water park. But when you’re paying $350 a night, you expect better.

We were able to check in at Noon! And a lot to do for kids right on the property with an arcade, kids club with buyable crafts, scheduled character greetings and of course the indoor water park. The water park closes the majority of the attractions except the baby pool from 1-2:15 pm for “cleaning” which must happen behind the scenes because nothing noticeable happens. The hotel could use an update/refresh and ours had a dirty washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. I would love to see a more diverse menu at the restaurant also. My kid has an egg allergy and the water park food stand had a great allergy binder but the restaurant I was told her only option would have been French fries. Overall my 12 and 5 year old had a great time.

Indoor water park was great! Kids had so much fun and it was nice to be able to use the water park all day even on the days of check in (before check in) and check out (after check out). The room was nice. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Only complaints were the wall heater seemed to malfunction (only blasted hot air or had to be turned off…no warm air or setting a certain temperature), the microwave turntable didn’t turn, and the shower would rotate between warm and cool water uncontrollably. Breakfast was delicious. We’re not picky eaters so we were thrilled with the choices. Property is very accommodating to children and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay with our 5 children!

What a great quick trip away! The kids enjoyed the waterpark and the arcade, and the free breakfast was a great add since the last time we stayed. We will return soon

While my kids had a fantastic time, the water park was fun for them. There were two issues which we found very..upsetting. The snack bar in the waterpark only takes Debit Cards, no cash, no credit cards, they also ID EVERYONE for alcoholic beverages. Which, i can understand someone young looking. In this case, completely annoying while in the waterpark to have your ID with you when you're, well, obviously old! Again, they didnt say anything until ready to payment. And then when i questioned why the machine wasnt working, he told me Debit Card only with your PIN. The othet issue is, in the middle of the night while up to use the bathroom, there was a cochroach. Maybe i was tired, but thats what it was. I killed it as quick as i saw it and flushed it down the toliet to be rid of it. The staff was poliete.

Fun place to go with young children, ours had a blast in the water slides. The lifeguards are extremely professional and take health and safety very seriously!
The rooms are of very good size for a family of four. The downside was the room didn’t get cleaned once during our three nights stay, even though we had put the “maid service” request card on the door. Second day we called reception to let them know we needed cleaning, and it still didn’t get cleaned.
I don’t recommend the arcades, they are extremely expensive. There are a few arcades in the area for a fraction of the price.
Hotel has no electric car charging point.

Great property, great family friendly a**osphere. Lots of options to enhance your trip. Breakfast was a big hit for my family. Friend staff. Room was clean. Very worth it for the money.

The area was stunning and beautiful!! The hotel was so dirty!! The breakfast however was very great and the hall room was very clean but the main lobby, stairs and hallways were horrible!
