Very nice hotel at good location jn the middle part if the qinhuangdao, near to the Yanshan university. Everything was good but noise from the other rooms were annoying. Walls are not sound proof made of with wood or plywood.

The service was poor. When the sheets were stained, the waiter refused to change them, saying that the customer could only use one sheet before checking out. The air conditioner was set by the hotel to a normal temperature of 25 degrees, and the indoor air conditioning control was adjusted to 20 degrees. However, the indoor temperature display remained at 25 degrees, so I had to turn up the wind. The quilt was too thick, a thick quilt in winter. Because the temperature of the indoor air conditioner was set too high, it was too hot when covered with the quilt, and too cold when not covered by the wind. It was difficult to sleep well. Every morning, the marble floor in the lobby is sprinkled with water and mopped. As a result, the floor is too slippery for a while and it is easy to slip accidentally. I hope the store can take care and improve the above services.
