Perfect hotel for short trip. The soup noodle restaurant next to the hotel is good. There is also a shopping mall nearby , it has H&M, Starbucks , KFC, a supermarket etc but very less visitors inside. At the lobby and the buffet breakfast, you can enjoy free coffee using beans from Luckin Coffee! From Airport , you can take metro and exit at Dongjiahe Station Exit A2 , but need to walk through a park and about 10-15 minutes to reach the hotel .

I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay at Holiday Inn Express HuangDao. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. A special thank you to Frank, the hotel manager, for his warm hospitality and attention to detail. It was clear he genuinely cares about every guest's experience. The check-in process was smooth, and I was greeted by Eric, Suzy, and Eva at the front desk. They were all incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Their helpfulness made settling in a breeze, and they were always available for your needs. My room was spacious, modern, and had all the amenities I could ask for. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything spotless during my stay. The location of the hotel is perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, shopping mall and 24 hours grocery shops are just few steps away from hotel. Plus, the on-site dining was excellent—breakfast each morning was a delicious start to the day and most attraction for me is the self service coffee maker at hotel lobby, thats make my very day fully charge after a cup of double espresso. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you again to Frank, Eric, Suzy, Eva, and the entire staff for making my trip so memorable.

Good location in Huangdao area of Qingdao, close to metro and found nearby a very good bistro for non-Asian food as an option, quite as well and staff friendly!

Not so bad, but for the room Quality a little expensive. the rooms have no minibar to cook the drinks. Close to the beach and bear festival.

Very good, especially Miss Chen on the first floor, which helps me very well

The service was okay. The only disappointment was the hotel that I had booked mentioned" seaside" but there was no seaside view.

It is one of the best I stay in holiday inn in China The check in staff are so helpful n professional. Especially one lady she helped me to change a bigger bed due the first light I stay in 1.5 m bed I wish I could have a 1.8m wide. All of them are so good n attentive I also praise the room service maids as they are very friendly nice, always say hi whenever I meet them in the corridor. Breakfast is good n the staff are very polite n hardworking as I notice there are only two staff on spot, but quite efficient Nearby area are so picturesque n lots of open space n greenery garden, seaside promenades for running walking n biking. Real good place for vacation

When I arrived at the hotel, Lauren was very friendly ad helpful. She could also speak good English and I immediately felt welcome. She upgraded my room to a much bigger corner room with a view of the ocean, I was really happy. As always, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I've noticed that many foreigners like to stay here, it must be the breakfast...very delicous with a wide variety of choiced to start the day!

The best place to stay in Qingdao city. We loved it very much. Very nice front desk staff. The staff there speak English very well and helped us on finding best shopping areas in the city.

It was in a good location. Currently there is a construction going on near it, so no real seaview images. The staff was helpful and spoke good English. Decent enough breakfast.
