Jaz Dar El Madina

Ever since we arrived we knew we will have a great holiday here. The people from the staff really do anything to make you feel like “home” for the period of your stay. The room was impecable, the pool area is nice, the main restaurant is clean and the food is good. The bar is chef’s kiss. But what made our staying so pleasant, beside the views and the water park, were the employees, who are very polite and friendly. We will come back for sure to this hotel

I recently stayed at Jaz dar el Madina for a week-long vacation, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the high-quality toiletries and the well-stocked minibar. Everyone who works there is so nice especially the manager was so helpful. Definitely going back very soon.

I do not know how these people have this wonderful behavior and wonderful reception. My family and I spent the most beautiful five days of our lives in this different and distinguished place, starting with the very friendly reception staff who carried out all our requests and even more, to all the very professional restaurant workers who showed love and friendliness to them. I have never found it in any hotel before. I do not want to forget one of the luggage carriers, the rescue officers, the water sports officials, the hygiene officials, the very respectable market vendors, and of course those responsible for the beach and sea. They all showed wonderful, very professional service. I thank them all for it, in addition to the facilities of the place, the buildings, rooms, bathrooms, landscape, and restaurants. The cafeterias are all at the highest level of cleanliness and beauty. I am really happy with this trip and I recommend this hotel. Dar Al Madina is ready for all travelers who want to go to Marsa Alam or even Hurghada. It is literally the best hotel. Thank you.

First of all, I'd like to say that I was amazed when we arrived. Inside the hotel, the warmth of the staff who welcomed us was greater than the heat outside. The room we had was exceptional, with a view of the swimming pool, it was cleaned every day during our stay and the air conditioning did its job very well. The food that was served was always fresh and of a very high standard of quality, without any criticism of it. The food was always fresh and of a very high quality with no complaints. The restaurant staff were very helpful and if we had any requests they read our minds and came quickly with the products we wanted. The beach is beautiful. It was really good that I did a bit of exercise every day from the hotel to the beach. What else can I tell you, jazz music and concerts with excellent music were a delight to our ears on the terraces, served by a staff that was very attentive to us. Another thing I was very pleased with was the fact that although the hotel was full, there was never a crowd anywhere. In particular, I would like to thank the manager of the restaurant, and in fact the whole team that he heads, for the cake and the mini-show that I had on my birthday. You guys have been wonderful! The green space that surrounds everything here deserves a special mention. You can't believe it until you see it. There is an army of people, well done to them, who work every day to make everything look perfect and not to notice that the dessert is just a few hundred metres away. Finally, I would like to thank all the people who work there for the way we were treated, and last but not least the manager of the hotel, who is their conductor, but without whom the hotel could not have reached this level of performance. We are very much convinced that we will be "checking" your services once again next year. Once again, many thanks for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at your hotel.

This hotel is really good. I like the food and rooms. Lobby is amazing. Animation is nice. Nice people around and good service. I was first time in this hotel and for sure I will come back. It was nice experience and I’m glad I visited this hotel.

Amazing hotel we enjoyed our vacation so much. The food was delicious also the service was perfect all the people were so polite and smiling. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Everyday we had so much fun with the animation team darts bocca aquagym. Specially thanks to Solly he was so amazing and funny we laughed so much with him. I hope we will come back as soon as possible.

Hotel is the best and food, animation team amazing. I really recommended here especially snorkling. Everyone is very nice and polite. Beach is good. House keeping is precise. Location is factastic. Drinks are very tasty. i will visit again this hotel.
