Hotel was really neat and clean rooms were well maintained. We taken a premium room which has a awesome view from Bed itself. Staffs were very welcoming and helpful all the time. Breakfast spread was nice. Highly recommended this property while visiting Puri.

The hotel is overpriced.we got much nicer hotels every other place during this vacation. This includes Bengaluru, Hampi, Darjeeling, Kolkata, and Bhubaneswar.
There were flies in the restaurant.
The ambience was very poor
There was no air conditioning in the lobby. Not even a fan.
The checkout time is 8 AM. That is very unreasonable. The explanation was that that has been the practice in Puri.
We were uncomfortable seeing customers eating while walking around in the restaurant.
We will never stay in this place again. Very disappointed.

We stayed in hotel Niladri Premium during our visit to Jagannath Puri. We booked this property because it has sea view. The sea is just across the road. but we were given a room which was smelling and then we requested and our room was changed. We were given the room at ground floor so the sea view was interrupted by the boundaries of hotel. they said that they don't have any vacant room on higher floors. Food was nice, not very great.

Room size OK but bathroom size and layout small and prone to being wet. No shower curtain makes it worse.
Food was well prepared, fresh and tasty.
Serving staff very pleasant.
Overall a 3 star stay but somewhat pricey.

Clean rooms, prompt room service and friendly staff. The food is fantastic. Breakfast is served with actual freshly squeezed fruit juice. The cheesy tandoori sandwich, and chilli chicken and prawn masala is amazing. Highly recommend. The water is soft which is a big plus. And the rate is very reasonable for a beachfront hotel.

I was in Puri earlier this month with my family and stayed at hotel Niladri Premium. I really liked my stay there. All the staff: reception, housekeeping, restaurant, all were very amicable and well behaved. Food was great. Special thanks to the General Manager there, Mr. Zubin Pattanayak, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was hasstle-free and enjoyable.

The hotel is average ,rooms are average of the price of approx 5500.Location wise it's bit far from main centre so transportation and food joints r difficult to find.The food is pathetic including the breakfast spread which is horrible and trash to all extend..lunch n dinner ordered both veg n non veg r below average taste n quality wise..uncooked dal n chicken was served..Would not recommend this place for this amount..

There is nothing premium in this hotel. Little space, isolated from main market, no privacy as people from adjacent hotel would be peeking in your room. The worst part is that they have kept thieves as staffs. They stole my new shirt which was packed in suitcase. When i Raised this them, they completely refused it. Worst experience ever.
