It was a trip to relax with family n 2days before our stay we received a mail from hotel asking is there any occasion for which we are coming,so that they can make efforts to make it a wow experience n we told that it was the birthday month of both father n daughter, at time of check in we asked if they are giving us cake or anything else but the lady said sir we are not allowed to do such things n my husband said ur mail came me that's why I asked as I told my kid that a surprise is waiting for you in hotel so if possible send us a small pastry rather n she said we will try n till check in it was not done. Even the facilities were not properly explained we were not told that breakfast is not included even we were told that cake we will try but rest everything is taken care off enjoy your stay.Next morning we reached first floor for breakfast and we sat outside and ordered for ABC juice n to my surprise our juice didn't come but a lady came n said sir I just want to tell you that breakfast is not in your package on this my husband asked her that's why my drink is not here she said yes sir actually you have to pay for it n we were so shocked with this behaviour n my husband said that's ok can we eat here or not she said no no sir I just want to say that after breakfast plz sign the cheque,it was so insulting after that we ordered Dosa which wash a chef special cut in 4 pieces garnished with hair in it n two of those pieces had beautiful hair we called chef n he came n said so sorry sir we take full care but may be by mistake it happened n he just go away n the business was as usual,then my kid asked for dumpling but the pot was empty staff said mam please wait we are refilling it I said ok n we kept waiting for next 30 mins n on asking they said sorry mam it's coming meanwhile I thought let's try something else so found some paneer pakoda which were as cold as ice so kept it back then took misal pav n after sitting as soon as I tried to take bite of pav it was so hard that I was not able to break with my hands by this time my husband has already left and while leaving restaurant I signed the check for the best food decorated with hair n late refilling n stale food n the worst experience ever. In lobby a lady manager met us n asked for the breakfast experience n I told her everything n for my surprise she said it's just an error sir it happens sometimes n I realised that I have done a big mistake staying in this hotel for staycation.
