Ulasan CitiGO Hotel

Hotel ini cukup jauh dari metro sekitar 800 m dengan jalanan yang curam. Namun, hotel ini sangat dekat dengan taman, jadi saya rekomendasikan kepada orang-orang yang suka pergi ke taman. Suasananya tenang dan sangat menyenangkan. Stafnya sangat membantu saat check-in terlambat, dan kami sangat menghargainya. Kamarnya cukup kecil, tetapi memiliki semua yang dibutuhkan.

Tempat menginap yang luar biasa di Kunming! Kami beruntung dan mendapat peningkatan ke kamar dengan halaman kecil yang sangat indah. Tekanan air pancuran fantastis dan tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman. Kami senang karena Anda dapat mencuci pakaian secara gratis di lantai atas dan mereka menyediakan ruang untuk menjemur pakaian atau menggunakan mesin pengering. Mereka menyediakan teh panas dan makanan ringan gratis di dekat resepsionis. Secara keseluruhan, tempat ini luar biasa dan daerah sekitarnya memiliki cukup banyak pilihan makanan dan di sebelah hotel terdapat taman yang indah, cocok untuk jalan-jalan sore.

Anda pasti ingin menginap di sini karena lokasinya, di sebelah barat laut hotel terdapat jalan dengan banyak pabrik bir dan restoran, termasuk Salvadors, restoran/pub yang dibuka oleh orang Amerika yang dikunjungi oleh semua orang asing dan memiliki suasana yang menyenangkan bagi mereka yang mencari suasana yang lebih menyenangkan dan makanan Barat yang lezat. Hotel ini berada di sisi utara danau Cuihu yang menyenangkan untuk berjalan-jalan dan juga menjadi lokasi Universitas Yunnan, meskipun Anda harus mendaftar melalui kode QR untuk memasuki universitas tersebut. Kamar hotel itu sendiri cukup kecil tetapi sesuai dengan harganya. Citigo seperti hotel butik kecil untuk kantor, ada ruang pertemuan di lantai bawah yang dapat Anda pesan untuk rapat atau sekadar bekerja, dan bar/kafe kecil tempat Anda dapat memesan minuman. Pada malam hari sekitar pukul sepuluh atau sebelas malam, mereka menyajikan mi Yunnan. Area lounge di luar lobi hotel luas dan menghadap ke danau, tempat yang bagus untuk pekerja jarak jauh seperti saya dan Anda dapat menikmati bir dari bar. Pasti akan saya gunakan untuk kunjungan saya berikutnya ke Kunming, terutama karena lokasinya yang tidak ada duanya.

The hotel location is amazing for walking around the city centre or have a city walk to all the best tourist hot spots. Staff was easy going and nice. Room was big enough and clean. We were right beside the reception which was a little noisy if you have light sleep and want to sleep in the morning as they start playing music from the main hall. We stayed three nights and did not use the breakfast service because there are many nice cafes at a 5 minutes walk in Wenlin street. Overall I would recommend a friend to book this hotel if they’re visiting Kunming

Panaromic view? This did not exist, couldn’t bother with the staff because i was here for 1 night. I think you should be more honest about your description. Also the staff doesnt speak english but they are looking at each other like who is going to help her? Felt really awkward.

Room is very small is preferred for just one night. Location is good where you can access everything easily.

This hotel locates at one of the best location in Kunming. Right across the street, there's a beautiful lake called Emerald Lake (Cui Hu). There are a lot of seagulls in the winter and is a major attraction. My room has a view of the lake, and I could have a cup of coffee under the sunshine watching the lake and the people exercising or just having fun near the lake. Unfortunately I arranged too many sightseeing activities for this trip that I didn't have a chance for that. The staff here are wonderful: friendly, courteous, and resourceful, and answered all my questions as quickly as possible. The breakfast provided with my booking is wonderful as well. There are Western-styled food (continental breakfast), Chinese food, and local delicacies. I thoroughly enjoyed the local food.

Great place for couples and families to stay.  The staff is well trained and go out of their way to be helpful and friendly.  Good breakfasts and good foods during restaurant hours.  I would recommend staying here to everyone visiting Kunming.

Wanted to check in at 2.30pm but was told room not ready yet.. despite hotels official check in time is 2pm. Room is extremely small, you can easily book other hotel with half the price that has a bigger room. Not worth the higher price compared to other hotels. TV is slow and old.. Regretted booking with premium cost at the hotel

good experience staying right in front of Cui Lake, staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities are sufficient

Property is a little bit tired but where they’ve lacked in hardware is more than made up through software. They gave us a free charging cable as we forgot to bring one. They gave us free milk for our kids and the property even offers free supper every night to all guests.

Small rooms, but we love their design compared to the other hotels in Kunming. They have free snacks, soft beverages, and late night snacks. Family friendly hotel.

Citigo near to Chui Hu is perfect for traveller in KunMing, location very strategic, near to most of the travel spot ie chui hu (right opposite), yunnna university (just next to it), Kunming old street within 15 mins walking distance or rmb 8-9 with didi. Love this place. No doubt room is a bit small but it’s quite okay for 2 person! Breakfast is good! Lunch (extra fees) worth trying too! I would recommend this hotel to travellers who would like to visit kunming.

I would definitely recommend CitiGo hotel. The service staff were all very friendly and helpful. My sister and her friend arrived in the early hour of the morning to the hotel. The staff was very kind to arrange an early check in for them so that they could take a nap comfortably in the room instead of resting at the sofa area of the hotel. The staff also arranged access to its gym for my daughter at 7.30am although the gym opens only at 10am. There was a wide spread of food at their buffet breakfast. Little gestures by the hotel like provision of small tube of hand cream (placed at the staff counter) was very much appreciated and it shows the hospitality and generosity of the hotel owner. We also realised that they serve wanton soup for supper to its guests. We were full from dinner to try it although it does look and smell delicious. Yes would come back to this hotel if I visit Kunming again.
