Ulasan Hotel Ava Malate

Seekor kecoa keluar dari kantor ketua, menangkapnya, dan menutup saluran pembuangan. Kasurnya terbaik dan stafnya ramah. Ruangan itu tenang dan sangat bagus, saya pikir saya bisa menutup saluran pembuangan dan tidur.

You need to walk around 1km to the main entertainment area (not advisable because that alley it’s very dark and tricky) so you need to order a taxi all the time. A lot of mosquitoes and little cockroaches. I’m not going to repeat again. The food was good

Hotel Ava Malate will always be home for me. It always feels like home. 🥰

All is well. The staff was very professional and they were very accommodating.

Room was decent, service and facilities were good. Room could have been cleaner. Suite room with the tub is overall better room.

When I arrived at the reception in Hotel Ava, I thought I need to show my booking confirmation. But the receptionist asked for my ID. I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me. But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said "Walang booking booking dito". I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and "mayabang". But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service.

Third time booking with Hotel Ava. Food and service was nice.

didnt read or approved my request to change room due to aircon is too loud and noisy. and not so friendly.

Receptionist are not friendly. You will feel na you are not welcome to the hotel

We really enjoy staying to this hotel, however the staff's are totally different from staff in Hotel Ava-Cuneta. To be honest, they are not too much welcoming and also they didn't give us any welcome drinks compared to Cuneta branch. Though the room is good but not too much clean. In addition, their Dinning light is not working, the staff tried to fix it but still didn't work.

The shower doesnt have a heater. But the faucet has a heater. It seems the heater is broken. We need compensation for this
