Negative experiences- ＞Had to wait for 30 mins for check in ... The only receptionist - Khushboo couldn't tell people to come in turns. ＞For my 1 night stay had to make 3 payments for packages I purchased, because their accounts team would find it difficult to understand what's paid for what - as quoted by the receptionist. ＞ The trampoline park - purchased in the half day activity was broken, dusty and un***ned. ＞The Swiss Chalet toilet seat was broken. ＞ The host at the Ruby restaurant (hill top restaurant next to the Swiss Chalet) was absolutely disoriented. ＞It was too noisy because of the common washroom behind the Chalet. ＞ The bed was squeaky. ＞ Some of the slides in the play area were broken. Positive reviews- ＞ Food was good at Shivlingam restaurant & at the ruby- hill top restaurant. ＞The other activities in the half day package were good. ＞ The staff was good.

The parking was clumsy and security guard was not guiding for parking area. Somehow I parked car near Ruby hill top parking. We went in group of 18 persons had food. After having food when I came back to the car parking I noticed when I open my car door, someone had hit my car from the front side, due to which door was making noice and there were scratches too. When I enquired to the ***ager and security guard as well that who had done this? They (***ager Tushar and shree ) both couldn’t find the culprit, although there were cameras which seems not working and they didn’t even said sorry to me. The service is very poor and car parking ***agement is pathetic. I would suggest park your car with your own risk. The ***agement is not going to help you.

We stayed in moonstone swiss chalet. Got deal of 3 nights stay at price of 2 nights. Food is good at both hotels within sunnys world. 1. Shivlingam (pure veg.) 2. Rubys hilltop restaurant. We did adventure activities available at sunnys world premises which was filled thrill n fun. Only suggestion for ***agement is to keep area of kids softplay clean and create some more area for kids outdoor play. So they can also enjoy their stay.

Helpfully staff,Good service,Good housekeeping,Good Food... Specially AMARNATH,KUSHBU,HE***T,MILAN,SAMEER,GEETA etc.. Good Adventure, Good Environment, Swimming,Turf is best for play cricket. By.. Mayur Rathod

Sunny world pune is a beautiful place 😍. It is serene peaceful and calm. They have pure veg restaurant Shivlingham which serves fresh and delicious food. All jain varieties were also available. The restaurant staff is very polite hardworking and courteous. ALWAYS READY TO HELP.They made arrangements for my daughter to study peacefully who is a CA student. Overall experience was good .The only drawback was the quality of water in washrooms.It smelt bad.we Complained for the same.we request Sunny world that you guys are doing a wonderful job but please work on improving water quality in washrooms.Thats a major area of concern . Adventure activities were good but as guests(3 nights stay ) who do not wish to perform any activities they shouldn't charge money for entry.***y a times we just need to be with the family. The hotel staff and buggy service was good. Generous people I must say!!!

House keeping was good. Food was good. Reception area and receptionist needs lot of improvement. Night service is pathetic. Ac tents were very good. Few important rides were not functioning.they need to be fixed immediately.

Ambience and Property is excellent. The Room Service is very Poor. TV in the Room not working, Wi-Fi not working. Hot water in the room not available when required. Despite repeated calls at the reception the complaints were not attended, and the problem was not resolved. Both Veg & Non-Veg Restaurant excellent.

SUNNY’S World offers various activities and stay options to suit your budget. Our room was spacious surrounded by greenery and had a private balcony where we sat and relaxed. They have a pure veg restaurant and the only hill top restaurant in pune ( Ruby ) which serves delicious veg and non veg dishes with scenic view of pune city . If you love cocktails then do try their watermelon martini & Bacardi infused pina colada’s. The property is huge with various things on offer such as an Adventure park, hill top banquet , sports centre , indoor play area and 2 restaurants. Adventure Park has 3 packages :- Rs 354 , Rs 590 & Rs 944/- to choose from. Some of my favourite were :- Rain dance Zip Line Air Cycle Group activities & competition Rappelling Water Zorbing Low Rope Course Bill Ride Their in house Pure Veg Restaurant served delicious food and offers ample seating space. Perfect weekend getaway in pune for couples, young families and large groups. Two suggestions I would give after staying here. 1) if possible go by your private vehicle . They have ample parking space and you won’t have to wait for the buggy that takes 15 mins to come. 2) For Adventure Park take the pass that offers Air Cycle , Zip Line & Rappeling. They were enjoyable & affordable

We had booked Swiss Chalets on the. condition that we need 2 rooms adjoining as my kids were with me , during check out we did not get adjoining rooms , however Mr Ganesh was very helpful , but his efforts were in vain as we did not get adjoining rooms and had to settle for what was available , so I would suggest you to take these types of booking on a serious note and inform the reception staff for the same
