Ulasan Laguna Redang Island Resort

Jangan Beli gunakan Trip saat pergi ke Laguna. Saya memesan untuk 2 orang dewasa 2 anak di TRIP. Ketika saya tiba, mereka. Saya harus membayar tambahan+ anak lagi. Karena hotel menerima pembayaran untuk 2 orang dewasa. Jadi saya harus membayar 2100.

Habiskan 2 malam di Laguna Resort untuk perjalanan liburan santai. Resor menyediakan transfer feri gratis untuk tamu yang menginap di kamar mereka. Kami terbang ke Bandara Terenggabu (TGG), hanya butuh 25 menit untuk mencapai Dermaga, dan 1,5 jam feri ke Resort. Dermaga resor terletak di belakang resor dan hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki ke lobi hotel.

Sejak kami memesan tiket feri dari Taman Tamadun Islam, Terengganu, semuanya sangat baik dan ramah. Pertama kalinya kami di sini di Redang dan itu luar biasa dengan semua staf tulus yang baik dan membantu dari Laguna Redang. Sangat direkomendasikan dan pasti akan kembali ke surga ini! Mereka memiliki warong di dekat kamar kami dan kami menikmati makanan mereka selama 3 malam. Bahkan ada stasiun langsung prata dan burger ramlee! Surga yang sempurna untuk saya dan keluarga saya.

It was a fun trip over to redang island. Beautiful beach , clear waters and getting to snorkel with the fishes was the highlight of the trip. On top of that, the food buffet were amazing. Loads of varieties and they tasted really really good. Definitely a must to visit this island to enjoy the calmness and tranquillity.

Stayed two nights with my parents. The island views are truly spectacular. However, several aspects fell short: 1. **Snorkeling was disappointing:** The nearby spots lacked vibrant coral and fish, making it unattractive. 2. **No nightlife:** The resort had **zero nighttime activities** after dinner (no shows, music, events). Evenings were very quiet. 3. **Limited amenities:** Beyond the basics (pool, bar, main restaurant), options felt sparse. No spa, attractive shop, or extra facilities. 4. **Unusable game room:** It was **not air-conditioned, stuffy, and hot**, making it uncomfortable. Equipment felt old. The room was clean, staff were friendly, and food was fine with a vast variety of choices. Overall, Incredible, peaceful views. Do Avoid if you want Good snorkeling, evening entertainment, varied amenities, or a comfortable game room. The location is beautiful, but the resort itself needs more to offer.

GOOD TRIP

The food provided did not match that of a 4 star hotel. Where is the international buffet/BBQ dinner that was stated in the flyer? However, the Arrangements for seating and crowd control was good. The rental for snorkeling equipment's could have been provided for free since the charges per head was the highest in the region. The private jetty provided a sense of priority as compared with other hotels.

Great stay here. Beautiful beach and hotel, beach just in front of the hotel, the jetty just 5 minutes walking. Stay 2 night here, we enjoyed and relaxed here, my daughter wished to stay another night 😄. Just the breakfast menu 80% is the same as a day before.

Seriously overhyped and underdelivering. Feels like a classic tourist trap. If this subpar experience persists, our tourism sector is on a collision course. They seems like preferable to chinese mainland china. Force guests to take full board package. The foods was a joke & they failed to understand the meaning of hospitality. Competing with Indonesia and Thailand? Not at this rate.

I recently stayed at a lovely island hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views and a tranquil atmosphere that made for a perfect getaway. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The on-site dining options were varied and delicious, with fresh seafood being a highlight. Overall, this hotel provided a great blend of relaxation and luxury, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful island retreat.

The hotel is old. Room smells musty, with limited amenities. No wifi available and phone reception is not great. The tap water is treated sea water, so it's salty and you thus can't make hot drinking water with the kettle. There is no water dispenser, so you'll have to buy bottled water. All 3 meals are included, however the food is only mediocre. It takes almost 2 hours by ferry from Kuala Terengganu. You get the first lunch upon arriving. After that you can opt to go for the first snorkeling session. Masks and life jackets has to be rented and they cost RM15 each.
