The hotel is clean. No ocean view from rooms but price is good. Some challenges getting into and out of the hotel through underground parking. The largest drawback… Rooms are noisy and you can feel and hear doors opening and closing. Hallway noises echo around quite loudly. Breakfast buffet is okay with some good selections but quite small. Buffet price was high considering small size. There are many excellent places to walk to including a high end food court across the street which has a good vibe at night.

Everything was good. Will go back. Had a great stay. Definitely stay here.

Definitely convenient to most everything in PV. Hotel is very clean, gym is nice, pool is a bit small and the water was warm and cloudy so we passed on using it. Keycards had to be reprogrammed since they just stopped working halfway thru the visit, that was inconvenient. Price was worth it, I would stay here again.

Stayed last minute when our flight was cancelled through Sun Country. This hotel is only 15 minutes from the airport and was a good price! The mall surrounding was nice when I ran out of clean clothes by the last day of our trip.

La Isla is an island both literally and figuratively. The mall is built around an actual island. The mall has shade and combined with the moat and fountains keeps the area cool and refreshing. And figuratively it is an island of el Norte wealth and order, a nice rest from the often ramshackle nature of Mexican cities. The hotel is great. A very nice desayuno buffet, great staff with little perks for guests here and there. Not far from a great beach and good shopping.

Clean. One the beds was broken/propped up. Pool area was nice. Wifi was hit or miss. Staff were pleasant. Expensive for what you get.

It is a nice hotel BUT confusing to find the actual entrance. Entrance is in the middle of the shopping center with hard to see sinage!

Friendly check in and luggage attendant. The food buffet looked impressive, although we didn’t indulge. The shopping center was convenient. Free validated parking.

Great stay. Room clean, bed amazing. Wish staff spoke better English as it was difficult getting questions answered. Hot tubs often closed and too cold.

I liked the service and the area surrounding the hotel . The beach is close by and accessible . Lots of great restaurants nearby. Only negative thing , is that once youre in the hotel theres not a lot of direction has to where everything is … pool … gym….what the restaurant offers.. ect. Lack of info to the guests.

The staff were prompt to act. The location was convenient and safe. It wouldn't break tge hotel's bank account to provide daily coffee in the room. We stayed six days and apparently they only provide coffee on Day 1!!!!
