The location very good, many local bus in front, got many hypermarket and foods stall.. The hostel room very big, got toilet and shower inside. Very good

It's may Frist time to stay in hostels.its a good experience.i enjoy it.but some gest are cerles vitch desturbe others.haw ever other every thing is good.and this hostel is very clean and everything is good then other hostel.i am hepy and satisfied.thanks.and I recommend this hostel to any one.

Single room's bed mat is of poor quality. the bed mat in 6-bed female is much better.

I know your not disabled. Did you think I would feel sorry for you or something. What was the point? So I wouldn’t come back? Every time I stay at unsafe, I mean safe stay there’s always someone making funny noises. Im at another unsafe, I mean safe stay at this very moment and they put some guy below me making all the bang, coughing loudly, kicking the bed. What’s the point? Is it cause I is a ni**** I mean black? Can’t let this ni**** I mean person have too much peace in the room that he paid. Apart from that Elephant and Castle was nice and clean. Maybe a little too good for this ni**** so you had to make some bang.

It's clean .the staff is nice. But no hot water and not have anything in the room.

Very pleasantly surprised with this place! It’s huge, very well kept (room wise), very clean in the en suite showers etc. slept very well. It is super busy, especially during the check out times. The only negative I can say is that when I came at night to check in, they didn’t have enough keycards to give me one, so they walked me to the room and let me in. This wasn’t a big deal but just a silly oversight to not have enough key cards for your rooms. Aside from this, staff were very good and easy to deal with.
