I will book this hotel for upcoming trip with my family. I recommend it for everyone, great location and very friendly employees there

Kind staffs and lovely view to the city from the room. The room was very clean and neat. Nice neighborhood including great restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

A extremely bad experience. The platform failed to communicate effectively with the hotel and did not provide a reasonable solution. My requests were ignored, and the same solution was offered up to five times, all ineffective communications. Some hotel staff agreed to a full refund, but the platform did not receive the message. Chaotic management system. I also had an extremely unpleasant experience with the hotel staff. They were very rude, hanging up on me twice and yelling at me over the phone. The hotel does not allow date changes or cancellations, even though I booked directly at the front desk for twice the price. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable.

Located 10 minutes away from metro station. The room is spacis and clean but it is obvious that it is a bit dated and needs renovation.

Hotel is in ideal location for a trip to San Siro with underground and tram links near by. Hotel has everything you need, nothing too fancy, was perfect for our couple day trip.

酒店到就近地鐵站要行8-10分鈡, 要坐20分鈡地鐵到市中心, 米蘭的酒店都頗貴, 考慮到價錢及酒店的評價便考慮了這間. 房間很大且舒適乾淨. 樓下便是超市, 行前7分鈡又有另一間大超市, 算是方便. 前台友善. 自助早餐豐富.
