Kebersihan kamar dan fasilitasnya bagus. Orang-orang di resepsi semuanya adalah orang-orang baik. Meskipun dekat dengan bandara, masalahnya saya harus berjalan kaki ke jalan utama setiap saat.

Biayanya sekitar A$26 dengan taksi dari bandara. Itu sedikit lebih mahal di malam hari. Tidak ada taksi, jadi Anda dapat meminta staf hotel untuk memanggilkan taksi untuk Anda. Ruangan itu relatif besar dan bersih. Ada masalah dengan tekanan air di kamar mandi yang lemah dan kamar mandi tidak berhenti membuat kesalahan, tetapi mereka berhasil memperbaikinya. Menginap dengan sangat menyenangkan di Cairns Queen Court! Semua stafnya sangat ramah. Queens Court Motel was a very mediocre place to stay. AVOID this place by all means for the following reasons: 1) They double dip. By this I mean my stay was all paid for by my booking agent, as confirmed on entry and the lady at reception took my card details, she said “only for incidentals”. No mention of other payment or them not receiving the booking payment was stated but on the day of departure they took full payment without my authorisation for the 4 days even though it was already paid for. When I went to reception to challenge this girl at reception said they had not received any payment. RUBBISH!!! I asked to double check which she said she will and after a few seconds regurgitated that they had not received any payment. I showed her confirmation from Trip.com but she did not accept this. SO I asked for receipt of the double payment taken today for my record and left as I gained the opinion that it was pointless dealing with her anymore. She stated that if Trip.com had actually paid them the hotel would process a refund. Subsequently I spent a great deal of time of the next couple of days dealing with Trip.com to get my money back. Trip.com finally confirmed that Queens Court Motel had been paid and they would refund me the amount they took from me. After a day or so I found the hotel refund me but less 10.5 $ so I approached Trip.com. Again after a lengthy discussion I was told that the hotel said the refunded amount was less due to exchange rate which is pure nonsense as I could clearly see the refunded amount in local currency on my card transaction. SO I kept of challenging Trip.com who eventually compensated me for my loss but I made it clear to them that what this hotel did is tantamount to attempting fraud – hence BEWARE and stay clear of this place. 2) Some of the staff at reception are very dismissive, non-caring and impertinent in their attitude and definitely not customer facing. 3) Breakfast was delayed by over 30 minutes one morning, resulting in some people running out of time to make their flight or tour, but no apologies were made. Their continental breakfast consisted of cereals, tea/coffee, pancakes, and tetra pack juice – NO Fruits. 4) The facilities in the shared area on the ground floor were sparse and in adequate. Rooms were not serviced on Sunday. 5) The bathroom was basically a wet room. After a shower the whole place was soaking wet.

The environment and facilities are clean and good. The staff from front desk is so nice that she supports calling taxi to airport and provide information for the tour and sightseeing point in Cairns

Wonderful, clean and the price of the hotel is very valuable.

Has free brrakfasr. Swimming pool. 15 minutes walking to cairns shopping central. Room is so so as budget.

Motel is not far frm city

We chose this hotel because it was one of the most inexpensive hotels near the reef terminal and close to other attractions in Cairns. It was a 30 minute walk to the Reef Terminal and 40 minutes to the Botanical Garden. It also has a good selection of restaurants nearby and is a short walk to Rusty's Market and quite a few shops. The area is very quiet and the bed was comfy enough. The room has a good wall unit which we stored all of our bags in and kept our stuff accessible with some shelves. There is a limited number of plug-ins in the room with two on the desk under the TV and a power bar was underneath the bed. A travel power adapter was used to keep our devices charged. The wifi was weak when we stayed and we felt the shower curtain and lip didn't do a great job keeping the water contained because the floor and bath mat got soaked each time we showered - you could aim the shower head at the wall and angle your body just so but it was tricky to have a good shower here. We did appreciate all the toiletries available in the wall mounted units including hand wash, shaving cream, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The towels were also very soft but never dried out so we had to ask to have them changed on our second day here because the bathroom smelled very damp due to the wetness. The front desk staff were very kind but they did not have it manned after hours so there are late night check in instructions provided. They also can help arrange and book tours while you are in Cairns. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which included bread, a toaster, a pancake machine, cereals, juices, coffee, milk and water. The highlight of the breakfast was the pancake machine and the giant jar of Nutella with a pump attached. You could order a hot breakfast for a little bit more and it was fairly priced for things like sausage, bacon and eggs. The hotel also has a bar area (open 3-7), heat and eat meals, a vending machine, pool and laundry facilities. There is a microwave available in the bar area and kettles are available in the rooms for hot water. The laundry machines are commercial and quick - it cost 4 AUD to wash and the same price to dry and our laundry was done within 1 hour and 10 minutes. The laundry room also has an iron and ironing board. The hotel had a good amount of parking and it is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. We felt everything was very convenient during our stay and would recommend it if you are planning to save on a hotel and spend on excursions!

It was nothing that I expected from the photos that I booked it from. I was expecting a kitchenette couch balcony and it was none of that. I was not very happy and the air-conditioner was disgusting. It didn’t even keep the room cool room Service was known and it was three days more than three days day When I booked it, it had complimentary breakfast, free, transport, buses and trains. It was none of that. That’s why I booked it with youse because that’s what it was on the picture and the information when I got there he was rude and said we don’t do complimentary breakfast or train or bus they tell me I had to send an email to you never had time because I was upset and angry. Now you’ve asked me what do I think location was the best thing of all of it I will be thinking twice

Bad experience. 2 nights reservation. Ask for refund 2nd day with only stayed for a few hours wait until the lobby opening. It is not 24/7 hotel. Late arrival in the early morning about 1 am. electric not working. No light need to call emergency in hotel. The guy came in to fix with bad attitude and reject to change other room. After that, no towers in the room and bath. We cannot sleep the whole night and shower. Waiting the lobby opening at 6:30am ask to cancel the 2nd night but saying non refundable. We are going to book another hotel anyway. This is not the hotel good for travelers

Motel location on the main street of Cairns i.e. Cheridan. It have 3 buildings, but breakfast at one. There are only 2 floors and no lift.
