處於球場上，接待的客人來自世界各地 房間有冷氣，整個行程最舒服的一晚 旁邊有大型商場，有超市，附近民居 有food court , 有東南亞餐廳 入住時有點阻礙，說未收到房間付費，要經trip處理 好快就解決到，讚👍🏻

Хороший отель за свои деньги. Рядом трамвайная остановка, на трамвае 10 минут до центра города. Бесплатная парковка. Очень чисто. Свежий ремонт.

早飯還可以，但是整體設施比較陳舊，同時晚上隔音不好，入住那天全是吵鬧的年輕人

Als erstes hatten wir statt einem 4 mann Zimmer ein 2 mann zimmer bekommen. Das ging überhaupt nicht. Nach ungefähr 45 min warten wurde das Zimmer dann endlich getauscht. Keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges kam vom Personal. Bis auf eine Person die etwas deutsch spricht konnte es keiner dort. Zu allem übel warteten wir über 30 Minuten um einen Tisch im Frühstücksraum zu bekommen.sämtliche sachen waren alle ,toast Erdbeer Tee usw...was einfach nicht mehr aufgefüllt wurde.

At the beginning of September our agency organized a seminar in this hotel for 26 people. The preparation with the responsible manager before the event went very well, the meeting was friendly. During the event, the staff was friendly and helpful, and was always able to meet the needs of the group. I can recommend the hotel for similar meetings.

I went to this very luxury hotel, I stayed there for 3 nights and I must say that it was the best experience i’ve ever experienced. The personal was really nice and really helpful. Our room was very nice and clean and we didn’t have any problems with it. I would definitely recommend going there. No regrets!🤍

The breakfast was very good and full of options. The beds were really confortable, very cozy Room, nice staff eager to help us, Free parking that was monitored by security camera. IT is close to tram and bus station. A lot of shops nearby including Slavia's fanshop

Very good location and helpful staff. Breakfast choices are plentiful and food is excellent. We were worried about the noise from the football games, but turned out it was pretty good and didn’t bother us at all (there were two games during our stay).

An excellent hotel with the friendliest staff ever. We stayed there with a group of 67 kids and were absolutely stunned by their patience, kindness and eagerness to help in any situation. We sincerely thank the whole team, especially Julia for their support in managing such a big group. We will be definitely coming back to your hotel.

Definitely a great experience, stuff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The view on the soccer field was an unusual experience, but a welcomed one, must be interesting during a matchup. Breakfast was rich, a lot to choose from, overall the food was delicious. I can really recommend this nice hotel.

We stayed one night with family. We got a family room. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in the main room. After the emergency, one of the employees came to repair the air conditioner. After returning from the restaurant, the air conditioner did not work again. We urged again (around 10 p.m. in the evening), but unfortunately I was told that there was no repairman at the hotel and that someone could only come the next day. They say I should open the window. Yes it is true. Unfortunately, there is a McDonalds under the windows and it was busy. So I had to sleep at a temperature of +-28 degrees and of course I didn't sleep. The hotel was supposedly fully booked, but unfortunately there was no one to help us. From the manager, I felt indifference to the customer and lack of interest in solving the problem. The sentences I should have opened the window etc. are perhaps from the Stone Age. Otherwise, the device would need to be repaired. A big disappointment for us. And no one will ever see us in this hotel again!
