Very nice locations with cheap price. Have spar close by to get some drinks, snack. Location is opposite the Church, Bay beach

Lovely cheap hotel right on Balluta bay! I did have an issue with my shower but it was fixed straight away, so great service!

I’m had a single room with balcony and sea view booked.  The location was great - Valetta a bus journey away as was Mdina and Rabat.  Bus service is excellent. The room was adequate for me.  However the noise from the road and downstairs bar was not good.  Glass doors ineffective for noise screening.had to buy earplugs.  Also the cleaning was sporadic and I had to ask everyday for my room to be cleaned, despite a sign on the door.  I was told they have until 5 pm to clean rooms - really!  I also found a cockroach in the room. It was really reasonable cost but would not pay the hiked prices in summer and no, would not stay again.

The hotel doesn't look like in the photos. All pictures should be updated. Rooms are very, very old stylish, should renovated.  Furniture should be replaced. The hotel is really good located, however if you don't have the most expensive rooms you don't have any view. Food was good however the same every day. It was more like English Breakfast.

We booked this hotel for 4 nights and we having a nice experience.

The food is great, service is good. The location is very accessible.

Booked a single room with a sea view. Found bed bugs in the bed on check in. Linen was changed by the hotel but nothing else offered at the time. The next morning woke up now with bites and more bed bugs in the bed. Upgraded to a different room later that afternoon (but I had to move my luggage myself). Aside from this it’s a good location with easy access to buses to get around the island. The breakfast offered is also decent.

Great location and affordable price. You can even leave your luggage before check in and after check out. Well book again.

Reception staff helped with early check in and responded to email enquiry promptly out of hours  Room was serviced properly every day Quiet ant night and very location a short walk from Spinola Bay/St Julian’s- safe at night  WiFi in room only downside. Very poor signal and hard to connect too all week

Convenience place and nearby lot of food to eat . Easy access to public transport and nice view facing the bay.
