Ski in ski out but still needs to go through staircase to get to the slope. Don't miss the good breakfast with a view.

Great onsen hotel. Looks abit old and run down. Hard to reach during with the ongoing snow due to the long carpark in front. the western rooms are quite newly renovated. The booking photos doesn’t do any justice for the great room. The bad thing is the ski lockers. It’s located very far away from the main door and elevators. Other than that the private onsen is great!

It was an amazing stay! The room was big and clean, we liked their toiletries ( such as skin care products) The huge bonus was a private onsen😍 it's a must after skiing, but even if you don't have one, you can use a shared one downstairs 👌 Breakfast was quite good and we really enjoyed how close the hotel is to the slope, you can actually see it from the window They also have lockers for your ski gear which is so convenient Overall highly recommend to stay 👍

The location is good and there is a private onsen in a room. The public onsen is also good.

Spacious room but very dirty with a lot of hair inside bathtub when checked in. Need to tell housekeeper to clean it.

Stayed here on 20-22 Dec 2023. Location is actually very good, near multiple food options and also just a 7min walk from bus stop. Just that if you are dragging luggage in the snow, it’s not that fun🤣. Room was spacious and comfortable for 2, with the view from the room being a slope with people skiing. Pretty cool. Breakfast was buffet spread of mostly Japanese breakfast food, nothing too fancy but gets the energy in for ski day

Came for to stay while exploring Niseko during their green season. Food was mediocre here and Niseko has lots of nice food around for you to explore. Room was generally clean but amount Yotei view is partially blocked by the front building which was under construction. Might not be back again as the amenities is old and tired.

Ski room is very far; and no “+” cross screwdriver :(

Location OK for the price. Hotel is a bit old looking inside. The in room private onsen room cost almost double to upgrade but worth doing so for the experience
